Rusty Walker and his team are as good as it gets when it comes to treating your injuries with the latest state of the art PT treatment plans and sending you home pain free. My family and I have been using Hampstead Topsail PT for treating different injuries throughout the years. We have been so happy with each outcome. I recently had a neck injury and gave them a call. They got me in immediately and after putting me on a 6-8 week treatment plan, my PT, Paula Rock sent me home pain free. She was incredible!!! We are so lucky to have this state of the art PT business in our area with a top notch team. The team here is wonderful, caring and considerate. From the minute you walk in the door to the end of your session, the staff is friendly and respectful! My main therapist was Ryan. He was knowledgeable, gave great directions and listened to me regarding my issues. Also, Tiffany worked with me a few times and she was exactly the same. Hampstead Topsail Physical Therapy in Surf City is an amazing place and does amazing at what they do! I was in an auto accident back in April which resulted in lower back and neck pain. 3 months of treatment later and I am feeling great! A big thank you to Tiffany (my primary PT) for all the help in setting up my recovery program, working with me, and fitting me into your schedule! I really enjoyed the conversations shared and strongly felt the muscle massages helped the overall recovery process go much smoother! Also thank you Paula for my initial assessment and assisting me in my recovery process whenever Tiffany had no openings! It was always great seeing you whenever Tiffany had no openings! And finally, thank you Kammie for all the warm welcoming smiles every day! Almost sad to leave but I know if I ever need any treatment down the line, they’ll be the first place I call!

I recently had a right hip replacement and the physical therapy team at Hamstead PT was awesome in getting me back walking and gaining strength in my right hip. Special thanks to my therapist Ryan Guy, he was incredibly supportive and encouraging me throughout my sessions and helped me achieve my goals! Kamie was great too, she coordinated all my appointments in advanced prior to my surgery so I didn’t have to worry about setting up appointments when I was home from surgery! I’m definitely going back to them for my future physical therapy needs!

Fabulous PTs helped me regain balance, strength, and stamina. I had a great experience and care at Topsail Physical Therapy. My new "go to" should I need PT in the future.

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by Kammie who makes you feel welcomed. Kammie is top notch in making sure your appointments are scheduled and reminding you of your next appointment. She is always smiling! All of the physical therapists are wonderful! They all truly care about you improving, and they are dedicated to helping you get back to being better. A special mention to Paula. Paula is so caring and compassionate. She wants to get you feeling better. She doesn’t view this as just a job. This is a passion she has for helping people. Even when I didn’t feel like doing the therapy that day, I looked forward to seeing Paula and enjoying her humor. I am so grateful I chose this office for my physical therapy needs. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people!
