Amazing work and professionalism. Makes working with your insurance company extremely simple, and also helped coordinate my rental car. I brought in my Tesla Model Y due to side collision damage and they contacted my insurance company and took it from there. All I did was drop the car off and pick it up a few weeks later. The insurance company was only estimating to replace the two side doors but Owen made sure my back wheel was also replaced, due to the insurance company not being able to identify the damage, which was causing a slow leak. The best part is that the repairs are warrantied.

Great communication with regular email progress update. They handled everything with the insurance and the whole process went seamlessly. Had my car done exactly when they said they would. Excellent workmanship, tight panels and the paint even looks better than OEM with no dust nibs or runs. Highly recommended!

As you can see from the pictures they fixed my quarter panel, in my opinion they did an amazing job it looks like nothing ever happened so I’m very pleased. The job took a little longer then I expected it too but having my car back to new and properly done definitely took my stress away. During the repair my rear windshield got a little scratched up which brought my stress level back up because I thought I would be stuck with it but once I gave them a call and reported what had happened they told me to come back so they can take a look. To my relief they told me they would order me a new rear windshield and install it no problem so I would say the customer service here is above and beyond because a lot of other shops would try not to take fault but Hamden Auto Body didn’t even seem to think twice about it they just wanted me to be satisfied and after our last conversation I definitely am satisfied. When I came to pick up my car they cleaned it inside and out it looked straight out the manufacturer. After the rear windshield is replaced I will be even more happy but as it stands I can say I made the right choice coming here. Ok so im updating my review now that they replaced the rear windshield and im extremely happy, looks amazing and they even fixed a tiny piece of tint that was coming up on the QP back window and they even went out of their way and tinted my driver side window for the trouble. My driver side window was new because someone broke my window so it was not tinted and they tinted it for me they also washed the entire car again which they didn’t need to do, so I’m very happy how my experience turned out would definitely recommend them. Thanks guys I really appreciate it. Oh, and I forgot to mention the trickiest part which is the color match, the color match is probably near perfection you seriously can’t even tell they did a repair the car looks like it rolled off the factory floor.

Everyone there is beyond professional and pleasant at every turn. Along with Enterprise, they arranged my rental while my car was being repaired, and the process was seamless.
