Amazing and knowledgeable staff. Everyone is super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Even the staff members that don’t work directly with me know my name. I have been coming here for a few months and have definitely noticed positive results. Kara has been a huge help and I look forward to my visits. She has researched my issues and has come up with a great set of exercises and stretches to work towards my recovery. Laura and Trish have both been great as well. I’m glad I started coming here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Hamburg Physical Therapy is amazing. The office staff is super kind and friendly. My friend worked with Kara for many weeks, and she made sure to accommodate his schedule. Kara did research to figure out what was wrong with him, and she went above and beyond any PT he’s had before. I would highly recommend seeing Kara for any PT needs.

It was a great experience, they listened to my issues, were kind and empathetic. I was offered a series of exercises and stretches that easily transitioned to home use with great success. My back issues over 6 to 8 weeks vastly improved.

I worked with Kara for a few months. She was very professional, taught me a lot and helped me get to where I wanted to be physically. I would definitely recommend Hamburg PT.

The entire staff at Hamburg Physical Therapy have been working with me for the past 13 months and I wouldn't be able to walk if it wasn't for their help and dedication. I had a very serious accident June 2021 breaking my left tibia in two places, the fibula in one and dislocated my ankle. I've had three surgeries in eight months, two plates and 16 screws in, then all removed seven months later because of complications and then a third surgery days later. It's been a long haul but Kara, Laura, Julie and Trisha have been there for me. Plus when I went back to work they accommodated my schedule so I'd be able to keep coming. This place is the best!!!!!

They clearly have some knowledgeable people on staff. But I just always felt at odds with the staff. Just a personality clash I guess. My real problem is with appointments. I could not make them on my schedule. They just told me when to come in. I wish I could have done more to accommodate my schedule. This just added to the whole uncomfortable situation. I get the feeling that there as happy to get rid of me, as I am with them. They really did not try to accommodate me , it was more of schedule things their way, or hit the hiway . Clearly very knowledgeable, but just seemed odd and almost moody. After my review they apologized for not being able to accommodate me, which I appreciate, but I wish that I ⁵ý

Very professional and knowledgeable staff who care about you and your health. Physical Therapy is an important part of my plan. I'm glad I go to Hamburg Physical Therapy.

I’ve been coming here for 4 months now and been dealing with Kara, Julie, Laura and Trish, excellent staff , Kara is excellent very empathetic and knowledgeable, very thorough and explain everything very well. I highly recommend going here for a physical therapy.
