i loved the openness of the place's setup, was a pleasant surprise from the usual private-room/closed doctor's office. at the same time, saw a lot of the usual unnatural physical therapy equipments that i'm unsure is (always) the best approach - would love to see more natural approaches, such as yoga therapies integrated into the center. don't know how much room there is for these, but also (and especially with the spirit of Orange Home Grown?) therapy can often be integrated with more natural rehab moves, such as local gardening! i thought mike did a fine job helping me to realize what i need to be doing (like most yoga classes/teachers i go to do), and got what i came for, left motivated (and more aware of how) to heal my right calcaneal tendon injury. hoping i make the effort to heal/strengthen it so i don't have to come back here! (unless it's to help others, like with the gardening perhaps)

I have been going there for the past several months, and been extremely satisfied with their professionalism. Mike & Miguel are phenomenal gentlemen who are extremely knowledgeable with their profession. From what I have noticed they are top class experts who treat all the patients with respect and dignity. In addition, the therapy I have been receiving there after my shoulder surgery has paid off immensely, and well on my way to full recovery. Thank you Mike, Miguel & the rest of the staff.

Never again will i go back. i was in for my last visit, and all they told me to do was talk to my doctor. So 2 days later, i had an appointment to talk to my doctor. Got the approval for more therapy sessions, then when i went to book an appointment, they said they wouldn't see me anymore because they couldn't help me. While not once did they say any of this in my last visit so inwas shocked and upset to find out inwas given the run around for nothing. I had a great experience until this unprofessional approach to my situation. They lied and tried to claim that my shoulder injury is an old injury from when i was a thrower in high school. I have been out of high school for 10 years and didn't have the pain till the last few months. They will probably read this review and gossip about it in front of the whole clinix because i have heard them do it about other clients.

Mike was very knowledgeable and knew right off from the start how much I could do, and he was sympathetic at the same time and didn't push me to do something I couldn't do.

I have used H & D after more than one major surgery. They are kind, thorough, and Mike is so experienced and knowledgeable. They teach you the exercises you need to heal yourself, and add to your routine when they see you are ready to progress. If you are not a self-directed or independent individual, this might be too hard for some people. The office staff are helpful and funny, and the PT's and their assistants are attentive, friendly, and very thorough. I want to say that if you fail here, you'll be back with future problems. This place is about learning how to avoid the issues that got you there in the first place.

Some of the most unprofessional and immature people I've ever worked with in the medical field. I was lied to about the services I was supposed to receive and then discharged without my knowledge. When I called to clear up the issue I was treated with a lot of disrespect and them as a company don't hold any accountability for their other employees. Stay away from this place they will milk your insurance. Also the people who work in reception and who work the phones are very rude and dismissive.

The desk staff is unkind. Caddy women who have power issues. If they don't like your personality, they will trash-talk you to the PTs who will have no problem totally disregarding their concern for your care (including commitments they've made to focus on getting you back to 'working order') and straight boot you out without ever talking to you at all. It's quite a clicky atmosphere where social acceptance, ego, and pride abound. They put on a good show at the start, fluffing their superiority over ANY other facility on & on. You may be accepted to be worthy but just as easily, your worthiness can be removed. Your care is certainly not their first priority as I can't count how often I noticed the proud peacock PT spent the majority of his time on social interaction of a testosterone nature. They do not feel privileged to serve and help/care for their clients/patients as much as they view them as being privileged to just be in their company. Hmm, *noses turned up* easy come, easy go. Their commitment is to ALLOW you to think of them as superior or go somewhere else. The LAST thing they're really concerned with is being bothered with having a genuine concern for the overall customer satisfaction. They have NO INTEREST in that aspect as it may disrupt their high-horse view of themselves. Don't let the fake feather fluffing fool you. They're just their to impress. Any human compassion you may perceive is all just part of the act. If you look closer, you'll see the true colors of blatant disregard in the blink of an eye. It's a business; a paycheck...and a disgrace. So disappointing.
