My experience overall has been 1 star. My mother has been here for many years. It is a nightmare with the exception of about 3 employees. I would NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.

My father was in there post hip replacement. They really took great care ❤ of him. He even said he was happy and would be ok if he had to stay longer, but thankfully he came home in better shape and with much more confidence after the therapy he received. THANK YOU.

I visited Hacienda healthcare and rehabilitation center recently. The staff and patients were laughing and it seemed like such a happy place. I have a friend from church that lives there and he is very happy. There are lots of veterans there and Hacienda treats them especially well. Being a veteran myself makes me happy to see them treated well.

Do not take your loved ones here unless you would like them to be neglected / robbed by employees . It has to be the most unprofessional place I have ever visited. Every single time you call to try to talk to a patient you get nothing but rude employees . When you ask for the supervisor Barbara Bennett she’s worse than employees. She is absolutely unhelpful in every situation when you bring up anything to her attention all she can say is thank you for letting me know. Will definitely be calling the state .

My brother told us an employee, Natalie didn't treat him kindly. He tried reporting such to a superior. He felt it was not taken seriously. Next time he asked to be taken to dining room, he was told they weren't going to lift him cuz he was too heavy. Another time, when they did take him to dining rm., they basically had him facing a wall!!!

I want to thank Hacienda for the wonderful care they have given my grandfather. He is happy and they serve wonderful meals here. If anything happens out of the ordinary they inform us right away. They are always welcoming when we come to visit. Thank you Hacienda!!!

Due to the COVID pandemic I have not been able to visit my husband. I find their telephone system inadequate and antiquated and makes it difficult to stay in touch. They have one cordless phone for each wing and it is also the FAX line. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to get in touch with your family member. My husband says the accommodations. meals and nursing care are adequate
