I went to Caleb 6 months after Achilles surgery and he did a great job making sure to address my main injury but also the atrophy in the rest of my leg and core. I wanted to go back to sports and he provided a plan for me to follow outside of therapy in order to do that. Loved the exercises and thought he did a really great job. Kelly is also very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process.

After an injury sent me to PT, I landed at H2 Health’s front door. In just a few sessions of work I am already stronger. Caleb has made this challenging therapy an enjoyable experience. He is encouraging and has a wonderful sense of humor. We laugh a lot but also work hard. I was also impressed with his extensive notes to my doctor about my injury. I highly recommend seeing him for your PT needs.

I completed around 20 sessions here with Caleb. He’s a great PT. I learned a lot of great exercises and stretches that I incorporated into my own work outs. The staff were friendly and professional. The facility was clean and made good use of the space too.

Caleb has been so helpful throughout my whole injury, he has pushed me hard enough to get better and challenges me with new activities every time. He has been an excellent support and guide through this whole ordeal. Kelly has been so helpful with the scheduling and rescheduling if needed. She always greets me with a smile and makes the whole place a welcoming environment. I wouldn’t have wanted to work with any other people throughout this injury.

The therapist is friendly but still pushes you to get results. My doctor has even asked how it was going. I went from using a cane, to being on my feet more than before.

Caleb does an amazing job and is very knowledgeable in physical therapy. My shoulders were destroyed from years of incorrect lifting techniques and failure to “warm up”! He’s helped me get all the old joints moving again and taught me great warm up routines. Thanks a million “Big Caleb”!!!

H2Health-Williamsport provides excellent care. I was provided PT services after a work injury and then post surgery. The therapists were professional and tailored the treatment specifically to my needs. I felt as though the whole staff truly cared about my specific case. They were great motivators. I was able to return to work due to their ability to provide scenarios similar to my work requirements. The facility was always clean and well kept. The receptionist also was excellent at scheduling, greeting clients, and many additional duties.
