I was skeptical going into PT as in the past it did not help with my issues. Mike was nothing but helpful, sometimes it felt like torture at times but I went in with minimal usage of my shoulders to being almost 100%. I would highly recommend these kind folks to anyone contemplating physical therapy.

Michael and Sara are the best! They are just fun to work with. So knowledgeable and caring. I will definitely use this service again. The scheduling was also great thanks to brenda

Both Mike & Jeb were great! They explained everything they were doing and what it affected. Very patient and friendly! Brenda was always upbeat and professional on the phone when you called in or when she called you, and in person. Overall a very good experience and will recommend to my family and friends! And will definitely go back to them in the future. Sarah is also a therapist that I have worked with as well since starting with them, she has been great also. They all explain what the exercise is doing and how to do it correctly so I am getting the best benefit from it. My knee has come a long way from when I started and will continue to improve until I can walk unassisted or at least with a cane.

Jeb and Mike are great. I learned a lot of skills to help me become stronger. Always felt very welcomed and the knowledge of the therapist is superb. The secretary was very attentive and always smiling.

I totally love my therapists. From the time I walked in on the first day, I felt like I was at home. Everyone was so friendly that I immediately felt comfortable with them. The atmosphere was so conducive to improving my limitations that I knew I was going to get better! And then I did ❤️. Mike, Jeb, and Brenda gave a 100% to make sure all my visits were as productive as possible. If anyone I know ever needs Physical Therapy, I will send them to H2 Health @ Palatka.

Phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable PT’s, BEST EVER! Miss them all can’t wait until I come back in September for more challenging yet fun therapy. Fantastic chill comfortable atmosphere too. Jeb, Mike and Brenda are truly the bombdigity.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. They listened to my concerns and my goals to get back to a normal life for me. I truly appreciate their hard work and getting me back on my feet.
