Mostly nice staff, especially the LMT and the Chiropractor that comes in and helps from Palm Harbor location. The PT assistant is very passive aggressive and has poor manners so I stopped getting services on that side of the center. Unfortunately this business is ran and managed very poorly. The doctor would be out, or traveling and I wouldn't get a heads up before I get to my scheduled appointment. I would drive all the way over there, only not to be seen. This happened a few times. The final straw for me was telling me I used all my visits allocated by my insurance, when I didn't. I tried to get this sorted, and they insisted that I did. Ironically, Im currently using the remaining visits I actually still do have at a different chiropractic office.

Avoid this place! After reading numerous reviews, it is clear that most are either biased or compensated for. I cannot envision anyone leaving this 'rehabilitation' center with a positive experience. The facility seems primarily focused on financial gain rather than providing meaningful care for its patients. They appear to bill insurance companies the maximum permissible amount, regardless of the actual quality of the 'treatment' provided. The treatment process is highly standardized and expedited, aiming to move patients through as quickly as possible. A typical session consists of a circuit routine, including various machines and adjustments, all completed within approximately 30 minutes. This formulaic approach offers minimal personalized care. Chiropractic treatments generally lack robust scientific evidence of efficacy, and the massage therapy provided here is brief and superficial, seemingly just another method of billing insurance. The staff: Monyca is exceptional—kind, diligent, and attentive. The rest of the staff, however, seem disorganized and preoccupied with their phones. They often make mistakes and lack professional rigor. Dr. The Sith Lord: With long, unkempt hair and a receding hairline, he dominates conversations and allows little opportunity for patient input. His focus seems to be on maximizing profits rather than offering quality care. Dr. Double Duty Chrys: He is knowledgeable and strives to provide effective treatment, yet his hygiene is lacking, and his communication style can be off-putting. Nonetheless, he does offer the best adjustments among the doctors. Dr. Prince Andreiw: He is knowledgeable and in good physical condition, yet his treatment approach yields limited effectiveness. I overheard him advising a patient in an open room, raising concerns about privacy and the facility's focus on upselling sessions. Dr. The Bedroom Bully: He is the least qualified of the doctors and tends to provide incorrect or misleading information. Despite his pleasant demeanor, his treatment methods raise concerns. I’ve been coming here for years and Dr. Lee is truly an amazing Doctor and one of the few who can adjust me and provide me with immediate relief. Recently he added 2 amazing massage therapists in Chelsea and Jodi and I started getting massages before my adjustments and the combination of massage and a chiropractic adjustment has me feeling great.

Love all the staff and doctors. We highly recommend Dr. Lee. He's so good we drive all the way from Spring Hill Florida to see him at least twice a month! Totally worth it, and helps with out back and alignment issues! Fully 100% recommend

Can always rely on Gulf Coast to get me feeling better! Chelsea gives the most relaxing and therapeutic massages and Dr. Lee is the best, I won't go anywhere else for my adjustments. Will definitely be back for more!

I am super picky about chiropractic care and LMTs…all the chiropractors and both LMTs are FABULOUS 🎉🎉🎉 Laser therapy has made a huge difference in pain levels from the herniated discs on my neck.

I had a great initial experience at this office. The Office Specialist who greeted me was very knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Lee is clearly a intelligent businessman and his Chiropractic technique was remarkable. I've seen multiple Chiropractors, by choice, for maintaining a healthy lifestyle and once for an auto accident prior. Dr. Lee knew how to care for my individual circumstance; being 22 weeks pregnant. My adjustment was done with precision and care, making me feel comfortable. I also experienced immediate relief in concerning areas. I look forward to continuing my treatment.

Cannot express how grateful I am to have found this place. Came in pretty screwed up from my accident and Dr.Lee, Laura, Chelsea, and Jodi have all been working with me and it’s been nothing short of excellent. Great atmosphere, and they truly care about your well being.
