Gulf Coast Interventional Spine & Joint Specialists

I have BCBS medical insurance, but no primary care. I called this office to try to schedule a doctor visit for my back pain to be examined and I was told I needed a referral. As a result, I have no one to give me a referral so there fore I was denied access to care or services. My insurance doesn't require me to have a primary care to get a consult to specialty care. Dr. Chen, if you read this you should fire your front staff, as you are losing valuable business because of them!!
