I just want to thank Ms. Robin for all the hard work she has put into this place along all the other employees here. I can truly say our experiences at this place is awesome. My dad has people that takes great care of him. They offer to help him all the time. If he ask them about something they help him. And Jay , He is great with my dad. He gets my dad all ready for his doctor appointments and is so kind to my dad. My dad thanks clot of this young gentleman. He can get into the bathroom to wash is face and brush his teeth now.where he came from his wheelchair wouldn't fit through the door. I thank the good Lord for making away for my dad to get moved here. My dad gets out I f the bed everyday now and he looks and seems like a new person. This place is very clean. This place is great. My dad calls it his pad... and he's very happy now. I'm so thankful he is no longer at the other place. My dad is treated like a human being now. I praise the Lord for putting these people in our lives. The front desk lady's are so sweet and friendly. It's always been clean and smells clean in here. They have activities all the time in here. They keep his room clean. . The maintenance man got my dad's TV working the day he moved in this place. What a blessing it is for me to know my dad is taken care of in a great way.

I have a family member that is in rehab there so I am in and out of the facility a lot. I know it’s not intended to be a five star hotel, but the guest chairs in her room are terrible. The finish is worn off of them, they have no padding and the fabric on the seat bottom is filthy. The overall appearance of the room is very institutional looking and is not very well maintained. A patients surroundings is very important to their attitude. Please make these small but very important changes.

I put my mom in this place a few years ago for rehab. It wasn't great at all. I'm trying to find her a new nursing home and the ratings are terrible in most of them here in Mobile. That's sad to me that there is not good nursing homes in Mobile worth taking care of my mother. She has dementia and she is already in one, that they sleep on their job. Please owners hire some descent help and do better for the elderly. I came back to see the reviews since they wrote me to give them another chance. I see nothing has changed since my mom was there. I do believe half of these places needs to be closed down. It's all about the dollars they collect, they don't give a dang about these old people. Makes me sick that they're allowed to stay open.. I wish I was administrator they would do their job, or they would get their walking papers!! If you are poor, and depend on the government, these places are awful. I'm so angry and mad how we are being done when we can no longer take care of our love ones. They take all of my mom's money, and they treat the patients like crap. The owners don't give a rats butt about who they hire and who gets mistreated as long as the workers show up. It's the dollars and the greed in the places and I'll leave it right there. WAKE UP PEOPLE IT'S ONLY GOING TO GET WORST!!

This review is for the Activities Coordinator, Amy. She does a great job. Azalea Ballroom dance and Austin's Oldies entertained for an hour. There's activities all day every day

This team has been very resourceful when assisting me with placing a resident in the rehab side of the facility. The team under the leadership of Mrs Ransome is well groomed and went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you!

My grandmother was getting admitted to this place and I called numerous times to get my questions answered and kept being put on hold. Couldn’t get a hold of the admissions office nor wouldn’t let me talk to the administrator! Very unprofessional. Definitely need to get something together! I hope for their sake they treat her right or they will be having some visits from state!

These people made me do everything for myself when I was incapable of doing anything for myself. Diapers all shift to keep from helping me to bathroom. When I complained I was put in psych ward and they tried to drive me out of my mind. I managed to escape them and am doing well at home now.

I’m with the wings of life and absolutely love coming to visit and hang out with the residents. The activity director is great in what she does there at the facility. Her and Crystal are amazing and make our time there so enjoyable. We love each and every one of the friendships we’ve made there ❤️
