My Case Worker, Victoria Gurule hit the ground running when she became part of my health care team. She was able to jump start the process with the VA that had already been dragging on two months. She showed me with her actions that she cared about my concerns. As far as I'm concerned, Victoria Gurule is an Angel sent from Heaven!

They scheduled me for a specific time and place to get a covid test. I get there and there is no one there "qualified to administer a test". No call back or any communication indicating there wouldn't be anyone there to help. Apparently there is very little to no communication at this office. Up your game please.
