It pains me to have to write a mediocre review as I like the PT I worked with as a person, but unfortunately I cannot say I received the best care here. For starters, every appointment started 5 minutes late and ended a few minutes early. She would also get distracted easily with small talk or other things happening in the clinic and pause treatment. When you are paying over $100 for a 25 minute session, I would expect each visit to make full use of the time. In total, I felt like I would get 10-15 minutes of actual physical therapy. Second, the fitness coach teaching the movements was inexperienced and was constantly having to be corrected by the PTs. I get that we all need to start somewhere, but it gives me pause when roughly half of the exercises are taught incorrectly. Finally, I have to say the billing practices felt a bit sketchy. They overcharged me by a small amount for every visit and didn't check whether I had hit my deductible, continuing to charge me $110 instead of $9 once I had met it. Once I discovered this and asked for the overpaid amount to be refunded, they said it could only be used as credit for future visits, or refunded at the end of the treatment program. When I ended the program, they did not refund me and I had to follow up several times before I heard back which was months later. My coworker who goes here was also overcharged, so it doesn't seem like this is an isolated incident.

I came here post ACL reconstruction surgery and so glad I did. The entire staff are very kind and professional individuals who are clearly committed to providing quality and personalized care for each client. Katy is well educated and experienced in this particular post operative recovery and knows when to push me and when to make modifications. I’m confident that I will make a full recovery thanks to the help of the G sports team!

I started seeing Dr. Katy as I was recovering from a broken foot. I began with no mobility to being able to run within a few months of her careful guidance. Each session consists of massage, consultation, and a specialized exercise regimen. Everyone at the office is super professional and nice too. Great office!

Fantastic crew of kind, talented, wonderful physical therapists! I’ve been dealing with chronic back pain for almost 20 years, and this was the first time that I feel in control of my own future, and not worried that my back will continue to get worse every year! ❤️

I was referred to GSports by a few friends after I had surgery for a torn rotator cuff playing Ultimate Frisbee. I would highly recommend them for any injury, both for their expertise and process, but also because everyone at GSports was easy to work with and a lot of fun. Starting at the front desk. Demetri was super helpful with scheduling out and trying to keep your appointments consistent. I had a really easy time any time I needed to schedule, reschedule, cancel, or anything like that. And he's just generally a good dude. I started out seeing PJ, who unfortunately had to move away, but while he was there he was an excellent therapist and helped get me going from 0%, which I really appreciated. After a brief pandemic intermission, I ended up with Koji, who did a great job in understanding my specific goals and creating a program that worked towards that. Throughout the whole process, I also got to work with Michael, who was by far the best PT Aide I have ever had (and I have had quite a few). He is one of the nicest, most down-to-earth people I have met, and we had a great time talking and joking while I endured the depressing process of rehabilitation. I also owe a shout out to Kathryn, who always was the other PT scheduled during my appointments and had to put up with our shenanigans. All in all, you can't find a better group of people than these ones, and on top of it they know what they are doing and can help you get back to form. Hopefully, I never get injured again, but if I do, Ill definitely be going back.

GSports was recommended by multiple doctors. This is a great facility. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to put together a training/rehab program for my shoulder with my activity level and specific needs in mind. I’ve seen great progress and couldn’t be happier with the results from their care.

As a 37-year old personal trainer, massage therapist and avid fitness buff my body had collected a series of chronic aches, pains and compensations that I had just accepted as the new status quo. When my ankle began to hurt and inhibit my lower body lifts and long runs I knew it was time to enlist professional help. Hands down the fitness professionals I trust all recommended GSPORTS. Over the course of a few months under the amazing care of Dr. Sarah Jay and the team at GSPORTS I not only have regained full mobility and pain-free use of my ankle, but I have addressed ALL of my chronic issues that used to plague me. It's like I went in for an oil change with a used BMW 3 series body and came out with a shiny new Rolls Royce in its place. I had relied on chiropractic, massage and mobility work in the past and while these modalities were and are very helpful, Dr. Jay provided much needed awareness and customized techniques to improve the way I move and not only address pain but keep it from returning. She first took away my pain through hands on work and then taught me how to keep the pain away on my own through activation, strengthening and mobility work. And then she taught me how to apply the tools I learned in a practical and manageable way into my life. I've often heard that going to PT is an unpleasant and frustrating experience. Not for me. It was an amazing learning experience and we actually had fun and I learned so much and took years off my joints. I highly recommend Dr. Jay and GSPORTS.
