Grossmont Post Acute Care

Hi, I’m giving this review of physical therapy and occupational therapy of Grossmont Post Acute Care and they’re all excellent. They have excellent programs and Brie is a physical therapist. She is the best she teaches you. She make sure you’re motivated. They all do it in therapy and I am so much appreciative that she is helping me build my muscles and I am so glad that I came here and will tell everybody to come here.

I would just like to recommend Grossmont post acute care. They have wonderful people working here. They are kind not only to the patients but to each other as they’re working, they’re helpful to each other and especially try to fulfill all of the request of the patients. They have a good PT and OT department to help strengthen you and help you gain your health again I recommend post acute care.

Six weeks ago I fell, which resulted in a compound fracture of my ankle. After surgery and a few days in the hospital, I was transfered to Grossmont Acute Care. Since it would be 8-10 weeks before I could put weight on my broken ankle, I needed a lot of care and intense Physical Therapy. Of course I was scared, but soon I was reassured and challenged to work past my fears and do the work. I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire staff at this facility. I have grown to love them and consider them my angels. Always respectful, helpful, encouraging, funny, well trained, informative, and extremely skilled in each of their positions on staff. They turned a very difficult time in my life into a joyful and learning experience. I have grown as a person from this experience and would recommend this facility for rehab and PT. I hope I'm never in a situation where I need this again, but if I do, this will be my first choice.

This is my probably going to be my last little vacation here at Grossmont Post Acute Care. I have been here four times and may I say that I wouldn't have come back four times if I really didn't enjoy it. The therapists are terrific they all have a great sense of humor which is what I really like. They can really have you work hard as well and it is definitely worth it. By going through with what you have to all the pain and the reality but there's always a little humor in the background and everybody seems to like everybody and I think everybody works pretty hard to come back and be able to walk again or whatever our problems are so I highly advise you to come here and don't get discouraged if you have to come back one time. If you do have to come back again, in which for my case, I had to to repeat the process again. Rest assured that they got the therapist right here to take care of you and all of our special special nurses and everyone else to help you through your journey every step of the way. I'm going to miss them but I am moving up the road about a hundred miles so if I get to lonesome I can just come on down and see them again .☺️

The care, professionalism and personalization is extremely exceptional here at Grossmont Post acute center. 💛 I want to acknowledge the incredibly devoted occupational & physical therapy team. Their skilled expertise & dedication is extraordinary. Each & every therapist is extremely attentive to my healing needs. Thank you so much for providing me with the optimal care concerning my recovery.

The whole staff at Grossmont Post Acute Care were always kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to take care of my father. They have a great physical therapy team, my dad felt motivated and confident thanks to their help. Thank you Grossmont Post Acute Care for helping my family go through this difficult challenge. My dad and mom send thousands of gratitude thoughts to all the staff.

I am so happy to have come back to this facility. Every one here is extremely supportive. The nurses, CNA’s, case managers, and the activity assistants, Gesabell is amazing!. Everybody is very nice with me and they treat me like my family.

My experience has been very good, the PT and OT has been a challenge but I know I will overcome and get better real soon.I look forward to go home to my cats, I really miss them.. I'm thankful for everyone here to help me get home. I highly recommend this facility.
