I love this office. I was cordially greeted, politely treated by XRay tech, had an amazing appointment with PA Jules Huber. Understand my knee even better & I’ve had a lot of work done on it. I liked Dr Hanson very much too. He gave me a cortisone shot - no pain. Helped ease knee pain. Second visit: knee much improved. Repeat all of above. Wish all medical experiences were like this!!!
Everyone was so nice. Dr. Hacker is amazing. Listened to all my concerns. And was very easy to talk to. Also great sense of humor. And his scheduler Sierra is so delightful. She put up with all my messages and calls and never complained. Was always so happy
I’ve known hundreds of doctors in my life as a patient and in my long nursing career. I know that the combination of compassion, careful listening, knowledge and great skill are very rare. Dr. Hacker has all of those qualities. I feel so fortunate and honored to have been his patient. I can’t even begin to thank him for all he has done.
I saw Dr. Peter Hanson on August 2, 2023. He is exceptional ... very friendly, terrific interpersonal skills and amazing Orthopedic knowledge. He, with his NP assistant, gave me a cortisone shot in my right knee which seems to be working today. I will definitely be back to see him and if It's decided to do a replacement in the near future, he's my Dr. There was a bit of a wait, 30' , but that is to be expected with a highly regarded physician. The waiting room was full when I arrived, but totally vacant when I left 90' later (noon hr,)
Dr. Hansen is the very best there is. It’s very important to have confidence in your surgeon and he puts you right at ease. The office staff is on the ball!! Always pleasant and helpful. If you need a call back they actually call you back. The P/A’s are super knowledgeable and caring. This was my second total hip replacement here.
Everyone here is professional and makes you feel comfortable & important. They are thorough and thus was my last treatment in a series of 5. They let me know my options if I need to come back. Highly recommend this place!
Total knee replacement on 8/29. Smooth surgery. Had to have my bandages changed more often. Dr Hanson came in on Labor Day to changed the dressing so I wouldn’t have to go to urgent care. Office staff is really nice to work with. It can get very busy but if you think about it that’a good thing.
I was very impressed with Doc Scott. He made me feel comfortable and explain to me all I need to know about my hip surgery . I live in Murrieta over an hour away and so worth the drive . Such a very pleasant doctor. June 21st 2023 , second hip replaced and all went super! Dr. Scott is the best!! I recommended him to all who ask.
