GRIT is an incredible place to build strength and workout with a great local community. Samantha is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful with each aspect of training. She truly makes the workout experience feel less intimidating and fun! I highly recommend Barbells with Friends for women looking to begin strength training in a safe and welcoming environment.

We brought our daughter to see Dr. Day at GRIT Strength to rehab her broken leg. Initially we took her to a physical therapy office that was recommended to us by her orthopedic doctor, but after a few weeks, we just we're seeing the progress we wanted. Luckily, we found Dr. Day and GRIT Strength. Our daughter loved working with Dr. Day, and we saw the results we were looking for very quickly. Dr. Day really helped our daughter regain her strength and explosion, and she's back on the field! I highly recommend and I would definitely go see her again for any PT needs.

Sam is amazing. I went to her to rehab myself after breast cancer treatment. Regular PT just wasn't doing it for me. She was flexible from the start, building a program that would work for ME. Not only is there significant change in my range of motion, I feel stronger than ever. Her strength training has helped me immensely...I'm about 5 months in and there's no going back. Would definitely recommend GRIT to everyone!
