Greene County Hospital

My own personal experience with Greene County Hospital. It should be shut down. It’s ridiculous when I call to speak to a nurse or a doctor on call. There is neither one I would never recommend anyone to go to Greene County Hospital and again it the doors should be shed close with double padlocks and I don’t think you’ve been deserve one star.

The detox staff was the absolute best the nurses are very kind and helped every time you needed something even if it was meds or a cup of ice ! They let me bring my own snacks and drinks because I couldn’t really eat miss Rosie touched my heart she always had the most spiritual things to say that would bring tears to my eyes that maid me realize why I had a reason to get better for not just me but for my family I looked forward to seeing her just to set and talk with her when we did our outside time she really cares to help people get better and not just their to have a job!! We need more staff like her everywhere to help ppl get thru their detox times because it’s already uncomfortable not being able to see your family ! I definitely recommend green county

I love the staff at this hospital. The receptionist,the nurses, the x-ray tech and the doctor all treated me with compassion and took great care of me. I'll never go to Demopolis for treatment because those people don't care about the community like the Greene County staff. Thank you to all who cared for me today 😍

Absolutely the best place I have ever been to get my brother who is mentally ill some help. They opened their doors for him with no issues or hesitation. I commend them for this. I wish more people were more understanding of mental illness.

I was there a few days ago.. and the staff was the worst I've ever seen... the doctor was so unprofessional and the results was poor I had fractured bboth my foot and broke my tail bone..they didn't want forgive me anything relieve my pain...I sat there with my daughter and 2small grabdbabues fir 4 hours...they said there was nothing wrongvwith me. I refused to pay the bill and left..and went to brookwood medical in bham and they said I broke my tail and broke my foot!!!!!! It the wrworst iv ever been to!!! Please don't go there....it was horrible!!!

I went here for cold symptoms and the foreign guy dr.faraaqui or whatever his name looked at me up and down as if I was nasty.. as he do the same everytime I come there... He barely would come into my room.. he told me I see u dis time but next time go see a doctor and left..he didn't stay in my room 2 mins... He didn't even wanna touch me with gloves on.. if he here from now on I won't come...

The staff could be a little nicer to the elderly. No compassion at all they could atleast offer a wheelchair to the elderly or just use a nicer approach.

Poor service, subpar nursing staff. If you know like I know, it would be better to go to Bryan Whitfield in Demopolis or DCH in Tuscaloosa.
