Greenbrier Nursing & Rehab Center

My family was in this facility during his end of life care. I was pleased with the communication my family and I received as well as how we the family were treated by the staff. They took excellent care of my family and provided us with the support we needed. I will forever be thankful for the staff at Greenbrier Nursing and Rehab. The facility was kept clean and had a light and caring feel to the environment. I 100% recommend this facility for long term care as well as rehabilitation.

The front office is very rude, & disrespectful to families. We are losing a loved one there, & they are more worried about their mask rules. They will chase you down to your families room to chastise you. Also when you show them your vaccine card, they will still make you wear a face shield, & claim it’s “following the science”. I am all for taking care of the patients, & making sure they are safe. I am not ok with the front office staff acting like the mask police, & chasing down families into their loved ones rooms. Also instead of worrying about what type of mask is being worn, because we were wearing masks. Worry about cleaning an icy parking lot so no one gets hurt trying to visit their families.

My Grandmother was in this wonderful facility long term and my mother-in-law in the rehab, the staff was great to them, they offered great activities, great restaurant style dining experience. I have been extremely pleased with this wonderful place. I would definitely recommend Greenbrier Nursing and Rehab to anyone in need of long-term or rehab care for their loved one.

Drain JP drain between legs while using the bathroom. They let her sat on the edge of the bed about an hour after a stroke. Front office personnel not friendly at all. They let her fall in the shower, she should have been sitting in a bath chair. She went home on a Friday, they did not gave her enough perceptions medicine to to last her over the weekend. So she went into a breakdown. I was very disappointed!

This is a very caring place. They really care for the residents. It is always clean when I go there. And the staff keeps me informed on anything going on. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. If I have a question or a concern about my dad they are always very helpful.

Young and inexperienced. Did not correspond with doctors plan. This a cover your rear institution. A checklist place. In our experience; This is not a place where an elder can be expected to get healthier!
