I seriously LOVE these people. I am 6 months post a bad ankle break with some complications. Dakota and Jasmine have helped me through every step, kept me motivated, reminded me of my progress when I didn't see it, and pushed me when I thought I couldn't do anymore. I have since started bringing my daughter for swimmer issues, too. I cannot recommend Green PT enough. You get out of it what you put into it but people that believe in your abilities truly helps.

I’ve been a patient here for several years. Always I’ve encountered amazing staff. Harvander is superb at evaluating your issues. Dakota is my rockstar! He has a good understanding of my rate condition. He always goes above and beyond in treating g me. He also has provided me specific workouts to whichever area needs attention. I recommend this office to anyone needing physical therapy.

Hands down best physical therapist office in the INLAND EMPIRE! I drive from Riverside to Hemet 2x’s a week to utilize this office. I exclusively request the services of Harvey Toor, but they all work as a team and will provide me with tips and feedback to aid my recovery. I came to Green Physical Therapy after a ruptured Achilles tendon surgery and they gave me a fully encompassing program of to do’s and not to do’s. The chemistry they all have is very inviting also, you almost feel like a part of a small family. Really, I’m just glad they took my injury seriously, at times more than myself. Im am happy with their services.

Waited for over a half hour for my first therapy session. Therapist asked questions, barely performed the Epely Maneuver for vertigo, did right side and halfway did left side which is where my problem is and announced that I don't have vertigo and he couldn't help me. Two days later, 12 hours apart, I had the worst case of vertigo ever...twice. I was laying down watching TV both times. It was so bad that I felt like I was going to fall off the bed. Extremely unhappy with the service and I still have the problem. The notes given to my Ear, Nose & Throat doctor were odd and confusing. I'm being referred to a different therapist.

I am honestly so disappointed !! :( MY FIRST REFERRAL, I was sent here by Kaiser to help manage my Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hypermobility) with high hopes of relearing how to properly use my body without causing more pain. For all three of these visits, the physical therapists barely even talked to me. My initial evaluation was done by Ray who was very dismissive and hurtful about my condition, and said that he would put me on a rigorous exercise routine (the exact OPPOSITE of what I should be doing) because he did not believe there was anything wrong with me - excused dislocations as having poor posture. I spent three of my visits pleading with their assistances for advice on how to actually manage my condition because I largely felt pushed to the side since my disability isn't noticeable and I am a young female. MY SECOND REFERRAL, I was referred here on account of a herniated disc. Suddenly, I am getting an actual full evaluation that is longer than 5 minutes. If I had gotten this attention during my first referral, my disc might not be herniated. Green Physical Therapy taught me more about what it is like to be othered than what it's like to be an actual patient of theirs. Unfortunately, this establishment does not understand hypermobility which would have been fine if they could refer me elsewhere instead of taking my money just to have me sit and do planks for 10 minutes. Very disrespectful.

Horrible place! Go somewhere else. They are rude and lazy. They falsify medical records, don't discuss their impressions nor goals or progress with you, tell you one thing and does another. The front office smells like pee when you walk in and they tried to charge me $25 to print 6 pages of medical records when the law clearly states they cannot charge more than $0.25 a page. I had to have them make corrections on my medical records (their notes) because it was all wrong. When i questioned them, they became rude and acted like it was no big deal. Horrible place, do not recommend! I would give a zero star if I could. I ended up filing a complaint with the medical board because of all that I experienced.
