Green Oaks Physical Therapy

Today marks 2 weeks . My therapist is God Sent . The Assistants are amazing the vibe of GOPT is all around Amazing . I would give them a 5 out of 5 . Honestly if in need this is the place to be . You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED !!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff at Green Oaks Physical Therapy in Grand Prairie on Carrier has a excellent staff. Zac my therapist and the others are exceptionally good, nice, and professional. You get the best care and you feel great when you leave. I am so glad I chose this location. Hats off to you all staff!!

If I could give this facility and the staff more than 5 stars, I would. I have been in therapy for 6 months and I have never seen such a happy, friendly, dedicated, staff anywhere, including the places where I was manager! I have never heard a cross word or experienced, or seen, any unpleasantness of any kind. The therapy is intensive and effective. If I wake up in pain, I know If I can just get there, they will make me feel better and that knowledge has gotten me through so much. When I began this journey with Green Oaks, I had no expectation of much improvement in my situation. Now I can see my goal! It is still far away, but I can see it, and all the credit for that belongs to Green Oaks. I simply cannot say enough good things about them.

I was excited to return to this facility. My second time around was a TKR. The Staff is very knowledgeable and very professional. Everyone works in sync and with sense of urgency. The staff is friendly and very respectful. I recommend this facility to anyone who is recovering from surgery or injuries. Thank you for the respect and patience during my Therapy sessions.

This place is amazing! Everyone is friendly and helpful. I never knew physical therapy could help do much. Everything from the appointment reminder texts to the warming pads if needed to the icing upon completion is done by professionals. Thank you Green Oaks Physical Therapy for being faith based and helping others improve the quality of their lives. You are a blessing!

This is a great place for therapy rehabilitation. I have gone to Green Oaks twice for two different ailments. I have not had any reoccurrences. The therapists are very knowledgeable, and everyone is friendly--which is definitely needed when you're not feeling your best. I also like its system for attending to you and switching to the next exercise in your plan. They are not lazy! No one waits for someone else to help you. If your timer goes off, whoever is near assists you from your posted plan that's on a nearby sticky note. They are eager to assist! I recommend this particular center on Carrier Parkway to everyone. They have expanded this facility twice since 2020. This should tell you something! :-)

Dr Shelby & her amazing staff are wonderful! At Green Oaks, you are greeted with a smile & called by name. Patients are assisted by several techs at each session. I’ve found them all to be very pleasant, caring & knowledgeable! Everyone is on task, encouraging & cheerful. I’ve seen great improvement in my strength, stamina & I’m reaching my goals. I would recommend this facility without hesitation to friends, family & even to strangers!

I have been coming to GOPT in Grand Prairie for almost two months and have nothing but great things to say about the facility and staff. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The therapists greet you by name and truly care about providing the best care for their patients. I think it’s great how they take the time to get to know you on a personal level and make you feel comfortable. I was a little intimidated to start physical therapy, but everyone here thoroughly explains the exercises/stretches and you never feel rushed. My therapist Gabe has been awesome! He always has a positive attitude and is encouraging. I have already seen such an improvement since starting PT, and I owe it all to this place. Highly recommend!
