Joe and his staff are professional, polite and courteous in all regards. Scheduled appointments are taken on time with little or no waiting. A very caring group that takes the time to get to know you and treat your needs. Not just another patient, as you are regularly greeted by your first name upon your arrival.

When I first went to Greater Buffalo Physical Therapy, I was in intense pain.. and had previously had several different possible diagnoses of what was wrong. Within 5 minutes of listening to my symptoms and doing a simple physical evaluation, Joe had an idea of what was going on and set up a PT program to address it. After only two weeks of PT (4 sessions total), I am feeling tremendously better. Still need work, but I'm no longer in pain. And, isn't that what it's all about?

Limited hours making it difficult to schedule appointments. Incompetent staff that originally started seeing me but now all of a sudden a few appointments in they need more paperwork or they won’t see me. If said paperwork was so important how come it wasn’t required for my last couple of visits? You didn’t have it then but suddenly now it’s required. Do yourselves all a favor and pick a different therapist. I also have only been seeing a student therapist and was never evaluated by the actual physical therapist I called to see. The student therapist has been okay but often seems uncertain of what she wants to do next. Kind of just has me do my home exercises in the office and sends me on my way. Seems like this office needs an overhaul of staff starting with the office staff.

Rehabbing a shoulder and noticed a big impact with the help of the physical therapy. The people hear are really friendly and will keep you on track.. they are always watching too.. they keep your form good so you get maximum effect. And the office staff is super easy to deal with. Highly recommend

I have had tinnitus for 39 years. Joe relieved a friend's tinnitus which she had for 10 years. So I thought possibly he could help me too. I went to dentists for TMJ for 10 years and allergists . He is improving the situation more and more with each treatment. There are days when it is almost gone. He is a God send for me.
