Great Strides Pediatric Rehabilitation- Bartram Park, FL

Called to leave an appt for my son for ST, OT, and PT. The lady who helped me scheduled was very nice and efficient. However, I am not happy that I can only get OT scheduled. ST has a waitlist and they don't know when PT appts will be available again. My son is already over 2.5 years old and needs this therapy ASAP. As an established business, Pediatric Therapy Associates needs to hire more therapists and keep them! I'm still sad that I was only able to schedule OT.

Awesome facility, we love the staff. Working with miss Hannah (the OT) has been a phenomenal experience for my grand kid She and all the staff there go above and beyond! Would definitely recommend for any kids needing occupational therapy!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! They have recently changed management and many things have gone down hill. I personally spoke with the CEO and he himself called it a business. If you miss two out of 11 appointments you will automatically be kicked out. The therapist themselves say that if your child has a cough to not bring them but if you cancel it will count against you. They don’t care about why you had to cancel, if its more than one time you will be kicked out to make room for new people. If you are late even three minutes that will also count against you. The CEO cares more for the monetary than the care of your children.

My son has been seeing his speech therapist Kelly for awhile now and I have to give a big thanks to her for his progress! Logan has made it very far with speech and his confidence as well! Pediatric Therapy Associates doesn’t just treat my son and I like we are just some clients but there is a very warm comfortable feeling that makes my son feel very secure during each session! The receptionist is very kind as well and super welcoming! They are curbside still and I watch kids leaving and going into appointments and everyone always seems exceptionally happy! Very thankful for Ms Kelly and this program for all they do for my child! Highly recommend! 100% Thank you!

Definitely recommend Pediatric Therapy Associates! My 3-year-old daughter did speech therapy for about 5 months with Ms Becca and about a month of OT with Ms Amy and both ladies did amazing work with my daughter and provided so much love and support! My daughter's speech improved a lot as well as her fine motor skills and following directions. Becca and Amy were both very caring and friendly and patient with my daughter. My daughter transitioned to PreK recently and we definitely miss these ladies so much! We were very blessed to have these ladies be a part of my daughter's journey ❤

I can’t speak for all of Pediatric Therapy associates. However I can speak for one of their therapists- Amy, she has done wonders for my daughter. She has always given things to do at home, kept me informed of where our daughter is at, been positive, and she truly loves what she does. I could go on and on with positive feedback about her. We love her! Really truly love her! Thank you Amy for being you! And continuing to have a relationship with our family.

I absolutely love everyone at PTA. My twins have been going to multiple therapy sessions here for months and to say that the patience and energy that their therapist put into not only my children but me as well is above amazing. They not only support the kids but the parents as well. They really do go above and beyond and I have actually recommended a few ppl here myself so I’m looking forward to having them join a team that actually gets it and are not there just for the pay. They help you fight for your children’s needs and wants even if it means helping you reach out to the pediatrician or making phone calls to your insurance provider. THEY GET IT DONE. My children both have different disabilities and learn and different levels but I have seen improvements in several area for both my kiddos. I won’t name names but my kids are with three therapists there and they are ANGELS

I am very pleased with the services that my son is currently receiving at Pediatric Therapy Associates. His physical therapist Mirsada is awesome. She is knowledgeable, patient , and loves what she is doing. Her tips and advice to continue working with my son at home are a plus. We are seeing a lot of progress. It takes special people to work with little ones . Thank you to all of you.
