Great Moves Physical Therapy

I just finished a series of 12 PT sessions with Jackie. Not only did she get my pain under control but she gave me great follow-up exercises to do. I do not think I could be as active as I would like to be without her help. She knows her stuff! The front desk staff treated me very professionally and provide quality service to my scheduling needs. Thank you all for what you do!

I wish I could leave 5 stars and leave a review that Everything about my experience at Great Moves Physical Therapy was amazing however it was awful. I called in asking if my insurance was accepted and my first point of contact was a lady named Debbie, she already answered the phone as if she was having a bad day when I asked about if my insurance was accepted she then changed to an even nastier tone as if my business was not welcomed and it made me feel shameful. I heard just good things about this clinic and Debbie does not give a good first impression of how the office is ran.

Great Moves is my family's and my "go to place" for PT for over 15 years. Founded by senior therapist Jackie Thomas there has always been a stable of highly qualified and attentive therapists and masseuses to address a potpourri of acute and chronic issues. Should the need arise for therapeutic PT, Great Moves should be on your short list for an assessment and exposure to the most current thoughts in the field to benefit your family and you.

I had my first out of 12 appointments today with Jessica to go over a vertigo diagnosis and I can't say enough great things about her. She took her time, asked a lot of questions, explained everything well but we also laughed together and the whole time I felt heard, understood and taken serious with my concerns. This is how I would love for every doctor, therapist and anyone dealing with clients to be. I will update once done with my sessions but for today I want to say I'm impressed and glad this place was chosen by my PCM. In addition, the front staff was also kind and friendly. A good experience all around. Thank you!

I came here a few weeks after I tore my mcl skiing. Edith, the receptionist at the front desk is delightful. Fernando was my physical therapist and was professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. I would still go to them but I am all healed now. Thank you!

After a week of severe lower back discomfort, tension, & pain I realized that it wasn't going away by itself. A family member suggested Great Moves. She mentioned that she won't go anywhere else. I can't say enough about the entire staff who is friendly and competent. Nat and Robbie are doing wonders for me. I can't express how much I appreciate their work. I completely endorse and promote this facility.

One more 5-star from me! Jason helped me recover quickly from a knee injury, which luckily did not require surgery. All of the staff I met at Great Moves were expert and a pleasure to work with.

Possibly, the most horrible experience I ever encountered with a clinic in my lifetime. They are very rude, obnoxious and very bossy from top to bottom. . From the very first call, they wanted me to come in when it was convenient for them. Totally unprofessional staff. Stay away from this establishment as much as possible.
