Grass Valley Extended Care PT

Please be aware - this is important information to know before sending anyone here or to another affiliated clinic. This company owns the Loomis medical clinic which is performing insurance fraud. My family member received a bill for completely random things that were NEVER performed during his visit and was submitted to insurance. We called this office and it wasn't a mistake on their part due to the doctor at Loomis medical. The one positive thing I can say about the Grass Valley Extended Care - the office staff is extremely helpful and are going to reverse the filings to insurance. I would highly recommend looking into this before sending your loved ones here!!
