At first I was impressed. I had flu like symptoms. Dr King treated me and I was very happy with her examination. She couldn’t determine the exact cause of the infection so we decided to have a test run to determine the virus/bacteria causing the problems. Dr King told me that the results would be in 24 hours. The nurse who performed the test said the results would be in 24-48 hours. I had gone in Monday (4/11/22). By Thursday (4/14/22) there was a little blood in my mucus and still no results. So, Friday (4/15/22) morning I called to see why I hadn’t been called with any results. The receptionist said she would have the nurse look into it and she would the nurse would call me as soon as they knew something. After 5 hours I called back when the receptionist became annoyed that I was calling again and once again stated very strongly that she would call me as soon as they figured out what happened. Hear we are 4 days since Friday and still no call or results from a test that I took 8 days ago (that I was told the results would be in 24-48 hours!). Based on the little I know I have determined the office/nursing staff is incompetent. First of all isn’t there a log of test performed and sent out of this office? If the test had been misplaced why wasn’t I contacted to perform the test again? Why was the receptionist so annoyed that I was calling about my health? I think this office should have some customer service training. When I think back to my first encounter with the receptionist I did find her cold and distant. I will never return to this location. Fortunately, I’m slowly getting better. With the test results perhaps the doctor could have prescribed something that could facilitate a faster return to a healthier state. We will never know. My advice is to avoid this office at all cost.

The nurse practitioners are wonderful. I've seen one of the doctors, and I have no complaints about him. The only problem is the lady at the front desk. She is rude, she snaps at me, she doesn't answer questions thoroughly, she can't accurately relay a message. The latter caused a great deal of problems for me, and made a difficult situation worse. I almost stopped going there because of that woman. She's horrible. My advice is not to take any attitude from her. She most definitely has a bad one. I'd like to add that recently the hateful woman who answers the phone canceled my appointment with the doctor without consulting the doctor. She made a decision about my medical care of her own accord. She is NOT qualified to make medical decisions or give medical advice. I'm done with this place. That was the last straw.

Took the whole family in sick. Instead of testing everyone for illnesses it was pick and choose saying, "if one has it you all do." Everything was negative including my infants rsv test. I was assured "if this was rsv he would have a fever." 5 days later and 2 er visits later it IS RSV! My baby should've been on breathing treatments all along!! To top it off my 8 and 12 year old were prescribed a cough med the local pharmacy next door refused to fill stating "this will kill your kids." Wasn't safe for kids at all.

I highly recommend coming to this clinic. The staff here have always been so kind and they treat my medical needs with care instead of brushing me off like every other clinic. The clinic is very clean as well.

Rude staff, front desk will interrogate you in front of other patients. They treat you like a pill shopper immediately. We are new to the community and felt not welcome almost as soon as we walked in. HIPPA is out the window in this place, prepare for everyone in the waiting area to know why you are there, meds you take, and all your insurance information. Will not return….

Only be seen by Dr. Nell Hannon. She has helped my family and I for years and is highly recommended. I made the assumption the others were qualified and I'm still in pain and I'm no better and my job is limbo for lack of a better word. They were more interested in taking pictures of my medication bottles. Not ONE TIME was I asked 'how are you feeling?'

They have very nice nurses although the desk clerk with glasses is rude, and has no problem interrogating you. The other clerk is okay.
