Granite Orthopaedics

I saw Dr Pflueger for an inflamed knee. He was so helpful and asked a lot of questions to help get to the cause of my problem. He explained what was happening and how to take care of it. He was very thorough and I feel confident in his diagnosis. I feel so fortunate to have found him!

It was good. My only concern would be communication. I was not made aware of what the appointment would entail. I went in assuming I would see the Dr., but I did not. Alyssa and Megan were awesome. After questioning them I now know what appointments are upcoming, and what will happen at each appointment.

In ones imagination think of the perfect doctor’s office and this is definitely it!!! Everything about it is absolutely perfect. Everyone there knows how to greet you as a special person. They care about you and your health. From the initial woman at the desk to each individual doing their job. They start immediately as you enter, no waiting time all. None! They take X-rays immediately. They take your history immediately, then the doctor comes in to discuss what you need and how they will help with it. My surgery was scheduled extremely soon. At the outpatient surgery center they were friendly, helpful and concerned about my comfort. In surgery all explained what was going to happen and how long it would probably take. Discharge was fast and easy. My follow up visit was already scheduled. It was as easy and friendly as can be. I have never had such a knowledgeable, friendly, caring and expertise medical experience. I would give this doctor and everyone in his office as high a mark as is possible. You won’t be disappointed.

From service at every level, office personnel, PAs, and Drs I have had a very polite, professional and proficient experience. Everyone is very knowledgeable and kind. Wait times are reasonable and I don't feel hurried during my office visits. I recently had an unplanned visit and was scheduled the day after I called about my issue. It has been my experience that this is very rare.

Dr. Basset and his staff were amazing. They're efficient and caring. Megan and Crystal kept me informed and genuinely had my best Iintrest at heart. My hip replacement went amazingly well. I was walking the day after surgery. If you are in need of a qualified and amazing surgeon Dr. Basset and Granite Ortopedics is an awesome choice.

I was extremely pleased with my recent appointment at Granite Orthopedics. The receptionists were so cheerful and welcoming. And always have been. That same positive attitude and friendliness was found throughout the office. Dr Pflueger and the PAs are knowledgeable, informative and caring. And never acted to rushed to give careful exams, explain x-rays and note my progress. My encounters with other physicians in this orthopedic group have been equally as positive and professional. I have referred many of my friends and associates. I trust that all patients will have similar experiences.

Very friendly. Receptionist saw me setting outside and let me in early. Very helpful and did what she could, I was wearing a boot and using a cane. Was seen by Colby Duncan that day and again friendly and answered my questions, all with a friendly smile. Thank you

I have had any problems since I broke my knee in 1992, I have been in excruciating pain ever since I moved to Arizona found these doctors and I write 10 out of 10. The staff is very friendly and concerning they care how you are. Everybody is Valued there. And they give the best shot ever can hardly feel it. God bless ‘em🤪
