I've worked 2nd and 3rd shifts here, this place is not where you want your loved ones. I call it the House of Mouse. Rats running wild, staff walks out due to the rat infestation. I've never seen housekeeper on the floor for the few months I've worked there. On 3rd shifts there are no towels to wash the residents who are incontinent, I would have to go into every room to check residents drawers for towels. They don't provide bed pads for incontinent residents so there will be total beds to change and most of the time your loved ones are laying in their urine and feces for hours causing skin breakdown. Staff always have attitude because they don't want to be bothered and are quick to throw you under the bus. The last time I worked third shift I did my last rounds between 5am-6am. I got accused of not doing care on my residents which was not true. The question that needed to be asked was at what time did the 1st shift aide did her rounds after the 5am changes, because if you started anytime after 8am you will have total bed changes. Refusing to take part in neglecting these residents I will not return to this facility. May God bless your residents with someone who cares as much as i did.

I really wonder if the staff there would let their parents be in the state they have left my father. I am deeply disappointed with the level of care provided at Grandview Rehabilitation. Patients are neglected and left in an unhygienic state for extended periods, showing a blatant disregard for their well-being. The facility's lack of integrity in patient care is concerning. Clothes have gone missing. Additionally, the mouse problem at the facility remains unresolved, further highlighting the neglect. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever seen in my life. People along with myself have been applying to jobs especially house keeping positions and the receptionist answers the phone with disrespect and with an attitude giving people the going around and lying about HR contacting me about my application. One day it’s “I’ll have hr call u” then the next day “ that person no longer works here “ hangs up the phone without any regard or explanation. You can treat people like trash especially when people want to find a job. That’s not professional or morally right.

My wife stayed there don’t make the same mistake we made the rooms are small with 2 people per room there so staff that they need to get rid of one heavy girl was real bad , dogs and other pets should not be allowed in rehab . Big ones there is no room my family was dogs they don’t take them ,to places like that . The only star we put down was the doctor from Whitney Tx.

I had the privilege of witnessing the exceptional care and support provided by Grandview, a short-term rehab center where my mother recently stayed. From the moment we stepped through the doors, the atmosphere exuded warmth, compassion, and professionalism. The staff at Grandview went above and beyond to create a nurturing and diligent environment for residents. The facility is impeccably maintained, offering a comfortable and healing space. The medical and support teams exhibited remarkable expertise and dedication, ensuring that my mother received personalized care tailored to her specific needs. The rehabilitation programs were comprehensive, and the staff seamlessly integrated physical, emotional, and social components into her recovery plan. I was hesitant to send my mother to Grandview at first yet I am beyond happy that I did. Especially because it was such a close transfer for HOCC, they're located directly across the street!

The domino effect created directly by Grandview's admissions office, specifically Shana (Yes I'm mentioning her by name) is absolutely unforgivable. Grandview was at first extremely receptive, though due to Medicaid eligibility, Grandview requested 5 years of bank documents... which took an excruciating two weeks to acquire. I finally got the documents this Monday. I called Shana on Monday morning. I called Shana on Tuesday morning. I called Shana on Wednesday morning. And now the facility has ghosted me. No return calls. After doing the dirty work THEY required. My critically ill father runs out of Medicare coverage for skilled nursing care on Monday. And now he probably has no place to discharge to, EXCLUSIVELY due to the complete deriliction of duty mentioned above. Shame. I'm not a particularly religious guy, but God will judge these people ultimately.
