Needed to add a thanks to Wanda one of the staff members & she does make a positive experience for her patients. Nadia in admin...very helpful. The place is constantly being cleaned. Maintenance can fix anything & thanks to those staff members who pushed the wheel chair for my wife to get her down to the gym & that all important physical training!!!!🦽👍

The staff treats you like Family and the food is great....if u need a store run they will find a way to help you out. The activities department always have great things for the patients to do. It's the Greatest place in San Bernardino County!!!!!!!!!

Hello e out th in GoogleLand Orlando Diaz here!! Thats. the greeting i use for my Instagram/ Facebook videos. Today I'm just a Son who has been caring for his 86yr old mother with 2 fractured hips n a broken arm . Since February 2nd to March 23rd my mother suffered 5 traumas with 5 fractures total. I had to decide which Nursing facility to place her" Grand terrace Health care Center " as soon as i walked in i experienced a sanitary lit up facility where care givers were tending to there clients / our elderly loved ones after looking up 2 other facilities there was no question GTHCC Was.the place for my Mom where extensive time my Family & I will be bringing her home today were so Grateful to the all the Staff of Nurses CNA's House keeping , Management , Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and everyone i missed this is a "Place of Healing" i cannot thank them enough but here it goes Gracias💛🙌🏾 to Jamelia Sara Rika Wendy Angie T Trina Nayeli Robbie Victor Max Alex Tiffany Lawrence C,J Eric Chandis Amelia Luci Junnie Nadia Dominique Erica Hugo Thankyou so much .So if u find yourself in the same situation don't hesitate Grand Terrace Health care Center is the place😌💛💛💛🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

I spent almost 2 months in this facility so I have a good knowledge of what I am writing . This place is short staffed and They are not able to care for people properly .One night a person fell on the ground and screamed for almost 30 minutes for help and no one came. The staff was huddled at the station having a get together. This person if they were cut or bleeding would have died . They were screaming call 911 help help . One night I was in trouble from the medicine they gave me and no one came for over 90 minutes . I was throwing up gagging with no water or help. You need to know these things before you put a loved one in this place . I was suffering from muscle loss at this time and I kept telling the staff and the PT I have no muscles and they did nothing except say I was not doing what they were asking me to do They are not educated to recognize important medical issues and what to do about them or who to contact . I only seen the doctor one time and he did not understand what to do or how to proceed . My friend if you are reading this please do not send your loved ones to this facility , I plead with you do not !

My brother was in this care facility for almost a full year. At first I was a little unsure how it was going to be but the care he has received has been top notch. Lawrence who is the physical therapist is awesome and became a good friend. I cannot say enough about him. All the staff from the CNA's to the other facility workers are just the best. When I picked up my brother to take him home, many including myself had tears in our eyes saying goodbye. All the nurses and staff are excellent and really do care. Thank you to Henny, Miriam, Edwin, Wanda, Lawrence, Jay, Jazz, Nadia, Erica and so many others. Blessings to you all.

This care center is one of the best in the state! The management and employees are all top notch!! The nurses treat patients like family and make sure all needs are met! Highly recommended for anyone who’s loved ones need special care!!!

I have been in 3 different facilities in the the last 8 years. Grand Terrace was my favorite. I appreciate employees who follow through and solve my concerns. It is always difficult dealing with multiple layers of individuals and medical needs. Thanks, Ramona 3C

My dear friend was at this facility for two weeks. In those two weeks we were not able to speak to him at all. Either they do not answer the phone or NEVER return calls. That goes for the Social Worker Nadia. When patient was moved we were called that day and upon his arrival he stated that his dentures were broke in half there. Not only were his partials broke but they lost his hearing aid and charger. I keep reaching out to this facility left one message for Nadia and NVER RECEIVED A CALL TO DISCUSS these complaints. I have called every day since then and they just hang up after phone rings several times. I will be calling the Licensing Board
