Grand Cove

Yesterday was My Mother's Birthday party, and was a great success thanks to Grand Cove they filled the ice chest up with ice, and brought it to the dining room for me. They had Mom up in her chair and dressed in her good clothes just like I asked them too. They have made sure that mom's needs are taken care of and they are so nice about everything. Any time I have a question they answer my questions and always have Mom's health and well being. Thank you Grand Cove for going above and beyond for my mom..

My 86 year old mom was in grand cove rehab for 6 weeks. She entered unable to walk or even stand. She walked out ti the cat yo ho home today. The staff was very professional yet personal. the front desk, the nurses the aides and the PT staff were all very kind to my mom . My very picky mom loved the food there and made a point to let the cooks know. The environment was upbeat and the facilities were clean. Most of all they cared well for my mom and got her on her feet walking again.Doctor hebert communicated well with me and Missy, who i think is in charge , met with me and returned my calls promptly. . It was obvious she wanted to ensure the best care for my mom and she always made time to answer my questions. I was pleasantly surprised how amazing my moms experience and outcomes were!!

I love it, it was so clean smell so fresh my sister is so please i am so the staff is so pleasant i met The administrator the whole Staff overall so professional and know there well and eager to please keep up the good work. It’s so pleasant to be there.

The entire Staff @ Grand Cover Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Center is top notch staff ( Driver, Nurses, Physical Therapists and Aides ) and facility. I could name them all by name but that would take me all day. They know who they are because I tell them daily. A huge thank you goes out to the entire staff @ Grand Cove. Especially Alicia, Jill, Deidra, Megan, Mandy, Morgan, Hailey, " D " Donovan, Marcia, Quentessiah, Ms. Kathleen, Laura, Savanah and Ravon. I can't thank y'all enough.

Always a pleasure visiting my mom at Grand Cove! The staff is friendly and engaging.

I visited one of our church members at Grand Cove Nursing & Reha in Lake Charles, Louisiana on Thursday, March 21, 2024, approximately 5ish. The front desk staff, as we entered, was very prompted and helpful to direct us to our church member’s room. Also, the floor staff workers were very friendly and greeted us with a smile. The faculty was neat, clean, and had a “nice smell”. Our church member said, “I like it here and the food is very good”— with a BIG SMILE! 😊 KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GRAND COVE NURSING & REHAB STAFF! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ F. Red

this is a horrible place i wont send my worst enemy to here neglect big time... never enough cna resulting in horrible care. this place needs shut down !

Really good security measures and were explained in detail about the policy for visitors by the front desk. I had visited an elderly friend that was in there before. Hadn’t been back for a few years. Great to see the upkeep of the place, it’s in very good condition.
