I've actually never been here but I wanted point out, I called to make an appointment and some girl looked into why I cancel 6 months ago like it's her business. Then she says if you cancel again you have to get another referral. First of all I know what I'm doing. I already have a referral I just need you to schedule an appointment for physical therapy. She needs to be written up or fired cuz she has a negative attitude. I asked for supervisor the next day but my call was bounced around like no one is managing the place. I'll probably just find some where else to go cuz north county is just negative unprofessional and evil in many ways!!!!!!

Highly professional staff. Quality service from beginning to end. Easily and effortlessly recovered from Knee surgery within weeks due to highly competent staff. Loved Excellent confidence building throughout.

The very first time I came here, it was in the evening time and I was amazed at how nice the facility is. I was assigned Colton as my PT. The very first time I met him it wasn’t good. However I do give people an opportunity to prove me wrong. Every time he asked me a question and when I would attempt to answer him he would talk while I was trying to give my answer. I was not happy with that. I called the manager and she agreed to change my PT to someone else who has better experience and who’s been here for about 15 years. Not a good fit either. Danielle was the replacement and she’s not at all friendly. She has a very dry look and I was really trying to be friendly. Every time I come I’m getting new exercises and no explanations. Also I do understand how co workers gossip about their job position as well as patients. However I don’t expect them to say “hey yea we were just talking about you” However I think I’m gonna have to change facilities altogether. I went to the facility near Barnes Hospital Central West End after a bad car accident. I had to have therapy for my shoulder, and they were awesome! I did not have any problems whatsoever. My PT was very friendly and explained to me throughly about what was expected out of me as well as them. Some people love their jobs and some people just want a pay check.

One of the BEST rehabilitation centers that I have been to for rotator cuff surgery recovery. I'd refer them to anyone in need of PT.

My wife and I have been coming to this facility, off and on, for over 20 years. The staff I’ve encountered have been friendly and the therapists I’ve had have been pleasant and very competent. Most of the other therapists are friendly as well. I would recommend this place to friends or family

The nicest staff in the entire St Louis area by far. I wish it was half as great everywhere else.
