Grace Therapies (Lake Forest) failed to give me the screening report promptly regardless of my multiple messages. 10 days later I finally talked to the Occupational Therapist Jessica Cervantes (Upland) who just refused to give me the report and hung up on me. After talking to the office manager in Lake Forest I finally got a report with no details from the Speech Therapist/Owner Jessica only to suggest schedule speech therapy with them. The screening at preschool is such a scam and surely I'll report to the preschool and share with parents how unprofessional and useless Grace Therapies is. Will ask for full refund too. Do not recommend. The response from office is twisting the fact. 10/22 (Tuesday) I left the office a message authorizing the office to leave a detailed message since I can't talk till getting off work at 6 pm. 10/23 (Wednesday) Claire left me a message requesting me to call back. No report mentioned. 10/24 (Thursday) | called and talked to Melissa requesting the report and provided my email. 10/25 (Friday) no phone and no email sent to me so l left a message requesting the report, third time. 10/31 (Thursday) the office has no follow up and no follow through at all so I called requesting the report. I called Lake Forest and was instructed to call Upland. I insisted it's 10 days just read me or send me the report. Jessica refused and hung up on me. I was assertive but never yelling. Grace Therapies lied. I then share my experience on social media regarding how unprofessional and useless Grace Therapies. But Grace Therapies lied here. I still do not have my report. The only email I got was 10/31 at 3:21 pm suggesting me to schedule my son. I'm attaching the email here. Update - please refer to another location (Upland)’s review. Grace Therapies self proved how it’s untrustworthy and irresponsible. Update - I just found out my Yelp review got removed without my authorization. I re-posted.

My daughter started speech therapy two weeks ago and she was assigned to Ms Isabela which she is great. Therapy was requested in Spanish as it's the only language she understands and speaks; however, two weeks later she was re-assigned to other therapist without previous notification and assessment of my child needs. The new therapist was NOT speaking Spanish so the therapy was not effective. I called the front office and I was told it was temporary for two weeks until a third therapist arrive in two weeks. This is so unprofessional because they were expecting my child to have speech therapy in a language she does not understand and then change to a third therapist which may cause regression as child with this type of need required consistency and continuity for the therapy to be successful Not recommending this center for anybody

My daughter loves to see Ms. Judy at Grace . I’ve noticed an increase in vocalization since starting . Judy uses a fun playful approach to encourage my girl to use her words !! The staff is awesome too! Super grateful for Grace therapies and excited to see my daughter grow there :)

My two year old has a speech delay and started having sessions with Miss Leen since she is 23 months old! Miss Leen is very skillful and great with my daughter! My daughter loves going to her speech therapy sessions so much! I am so thankful that we found such a great speech therapist! They are also very flexible with rescheduling, we have a such great experience with them!

Highly recommend Grace Speech Therapy! Miss Shannon is warm and energetic and formed a wonderful connection with my son during their very first session. She keeps him engaged by customizing each session to his particular toddler interests (bubbles, dogs, trucks). Miss Shannon provides helpful feedback so that I can continue to work with my son between their sessions. In conclusion, Miss Shannon is making learning to talk a lot of fun for my little one and I am grateful.

Grace Speech Therapy is wonderful. My son has worked with Miss Charity for six months and has made tremendous progress. She is knowledgable, personable and kind. Charity is able to make speech sessions fun and exciting, while still getting him to focus on the task at hand. She was able to give us tips for practicing at home and always answered all of our questions. She is a gem and we are so lucky we found her!

Grace Speech Therapy was amazing with my daughter Rylee. In the beginning, she wouldn’t even say a word to communicate with me on what she needed. Through the hard work of Diana & Trudy, she is now saying full sentences at 3 years old. Claire was very accommodating of all our needs for Rylee, dropping by every once and a while to see her progress! Grace Speech Therapy cares about your child’s development just as much as you do. We owe them a huge thank you and would recommend them to anyone who was in our same shoes! Thanks Grace Speech Therapy!

Grace speech therapy is amazing place. Claire is very personable, understanding, and truly focuses on what's best for the patient. Her specialization is prompt training and is one of few SLP in Orange County that has the training. She has helped my daughter so much with her severe speech delays
