Grace Heights is a very well kept facility with kind, caring, and attentive staff! I have been extremely pleased with the care and rehabilitation my father has received during his post-surgical recovery.

My Dad has been here 13 days, discharging tomorrow..only GREAT things to say about Grace Heights. Not only on the care my Dad has received, but seeing the care and compassion the staff has for all the patients, assured me that when I wasn't there, Dad was in good hands! Excellent communication from nursing and PT/OT folks on his progress was a huge help as well

Grace Heights has been the first choice of our family for many years. The administration and staff are approachable, accessible and dedicated to bringing quality care to the residents. Making the decision to seek placement is never easy but the staff at Grace Heights are there to offer support and compassion to all their residents and families.

My husband was a resident at Grace Heights for 5 weeks after a particial foot amputation. I was worried he would not want to stay. But much to my relief he was very satisfied with the facility and everyone that worked with him. He was very happy to do everything therapy ask him to do and walked out upon discharge. He tells everyone what a great place it is . I am extremely grateful to all the staff that helped us out during this difficult time.

I know several people who have stayed at Grace Heights for rehab and the service has been exemplary. The staff are always helpful and caring. I needed their service for a friend and called over the weekend and was very pleased that the administrator was able to work with an out of town hospital to ensure a smooth transition for my friend. I am so thankful she was able to help my friend.

My grandmother has been at grace heights for a month. During that time she has fallen twice, with no phone call to make the family aware . One of the times she fell she fractured her back which took two weeks to diagnose. We have asked for a recliner for her room as there isn't one , so she has been sitting in a wheelchair for two weeks, still no chair. My grandmother was also diagnosed with a uti, no call to inform the family. She is 98 yo and obviously has a hard time remembering these things if we aren't there. They say she needs to stay in their long term care, I say they have done enough to damage her , she certainly isn't this uncomfortable at home, nor does she fall. So much for 24/7 care! This place sucks! If it's the best in Burke county I'd hate to see the worst.

My mother is at Grace Heights and has been there since 2016 Although everything is not always perfect, I am very thankful for the care she receives. COVID has been hard on everyone, but the staff continues to provide excellent care. If I had to go into a nursing home I would choose Grace Heights. Thank you GH staff!

Grace Heights provided care for my mother in law who had a broken hip due to a fall. We were very pleased with the care and rehab that was given. The staff was very professional and we would especially like to thank, Bryan and Colleen, for always answering our questions and great service!
