I've been with Dr. Goodnow for a few years now, and she is the absolute BEST!!! I came to her with multiple military related injuries and she has helped me work through them. My primary care doctor LOVES her because the treatment she gives me for nerve injury, spinal problems, and migraines helps with chronic pain and keeps me off medication. She is dedicated to helping people heal and have a good quality of life. She is one of the kindest, smartest clinicians I know, and I trust her wholeheartedly with any ailment I bring to her. If it weren't for Dr. Goodnow I would not be where I'm at on my healing journey now. I'm so grateful for her!

Dr. Goodnow is very knowledgeable of ancient Chinese medicine. She incorporates traditional acupuncture and herbal remedies along with massage. In addition to hands on therapy she also taught me Chi Gong techniques that have yielded slow but definite results which has kept me from having to take pharmaceutical products for my condition. I highly recommend her services! Since my insurance coverage is very limited, I pay her directly. She is very reasonable with pricing.
