Came in at 10am and waited to be called in, however, another person came in 5 minutes after me and just walked right in. I was never told I could walk right in, plus, there was no receptionist and when someone did show up (10 minutes afterward) they wanted to know if I remembered what the previous exercises were and when I said yes, she told me to walk on and do them. I finished them and waited another 15 minutes for someone to call me inside, and no one did. However, other patients were called inside and others were doing exercises. If you schedule several patients at the same time but only have time for one or two, why do you schedule multiple? Not to mention the doctor in charge was on a phone call while assisting a patient, I didn't think it was professional because it's physical therapy and one wrong move, could hurt the patient.

Love this place the staff excellent doctor I’ve been so many other places they didn’t fix my problem and I couldn’t feel my left pinky fingers this doctor in the second session I started to feel my fingers amazing I recommend to everyone
