Good Samaritan Society - Syracuse

During my tour of the facility, the staff was very welcoming! The facility was clean and smelled great too!

When my mom lived there, they would contact my brother, but not me when they would take my mom to the hospital. I told them, "I am one of her kids also. I come more than my brother ever has." They wouldn't listen to me. They just a bunch of idiots.

Some nurses got cranky. They stick up for the ones with dementia. Instead of ones that started the argument! And baby the ones that yell instead of using their call button.

Kind hearted people...who care much.
