I was at Good Samaratin PV. I had a mild stroke, was not able to walk well when I arrived in a wheelchair. I was there for 3 weeks. From the time I was picked up at the hospital by Jeff to arriving speaking with Amber to meeting my CNAs and Rehab. I felt so comfortable and new this was the place I belonged. After a few days meeting my Nurses and meeting with all PT, OT and ST was amazing they worked so hard to get me stronger to be able to walk out of there. Plus all of the other staff and friends I met. I will never ever forget this wonderful experience that I had. Thank you to all of you at Good Sam.

I run a mobile xray business in Yavapai County. I work in every facility for elderly care every day, and this facility in particular is one of the cleanest and most effectively ran that I know of. Definitely top three out of the dozens I service. Clean, professional, and has a cozy feel compared to many of the other options available. I would absolutely have my own mom live here, given the need.

I was in Good Sam's facility on Windsong in PV in July for 3 weeks after a challenging surgery. The facility itself was as homey and welcoming as can be. The staff was amazing in spite of having staffing issues which has nothing to do with their particular facility....a general issue. I was thankful for the caring and kind efforts of those who took care of me. All aspects were appreciated. I only took exception with 1 RN....who is hopefully no longer there. These people work hard in a primarily thankless and difficult environment... I appreciated them so much. God Bless.

My family member spent two weeks at Good Samaritan Prescott Valley following an acute total hip replacement. I can't say enough good things about the wonderful staff and facility. I would give them 10 stars if I could. It took a day or two to get his pain managed appropriately, but after that we were more than satisfied with his stay. The facility and his room were spotless, and trash was emptied daily. The food was excellent, and he actually gained weight (which was a good thing). The staff was skilled, friendly and compassionate. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants their loved one to have quality care.

The employees are very professional. They care about me and my needs. I can honestly say they are always happy, have a smile on their faces, and are upbeat. I did not experience any negativity or rudeness in their behavior. When I did not have a walker or wheelchair the morning I was going home, Angelina told me to take theirs and return it after I was done using it. No questions asked. Should I need to go to rehab in the future, I would definitely go here. Great people.

My Mom recently spent 2 weeks at this facility. They will not return calls when you leave messages. They did not treat an underlying skin condition while she was there she now has open sores that are bleeding. They refused to allow her to have a recliner in her room after multiple requests even though where she lives she has to get in and out of one and could have used the “rehab” to build up her strength. There was no communication and my Mom is worse than when she arrived there! If you have friends or family at this facility please go in person and advocate for them, be persistent and also be aware they were not honest and purposefully vague. I left one star because it would not allow me to post without one but they deserve no stars. My Mom would have been much healthier had they not sent her there after the Hospital. I went in person to speak to the Director and plan on reporting them to any and every agency that will listen.

My mom had hip surgery and needed to go to a rehab for a week. We were not impressed. Some of the staff were very kind and attentive but others were awful. The food was awful too. When my mom wanted to go home after the week was up they used fear mongering to try to keep her there. They said Medicare probably wouldn't pay for her stay unless all personal involved with her rehab signed off and they weren't going to sign off. We had my mom call Medicare to see if this was true and they said it wasn't so she got to go home. I am convinced this facility was trying to keep my mom in there to milk Medicare.
