Normally, I do not write online reviews—even with outstanding work. However, for Good Samaritan Society, I make the exception because they have been life-changing for me personally. Over the past year with their occupational therapy service, they has proven time and time again to be dependable, professional and timely in all aspects of care. Through OT with Good Sam, I have been able to understand my conditions better and not just work through them, but with them to give me a better lifestyle. Getting to know the members of staff has opened my eyes as to what quality healthcare professionals are—having had many encounters with healthcare from all avenues. I feel appreciated with their personal touches and consistent check-ins, they go above and beyond to ensure that the best resources are made available, and they let me feel like I have some control of my health care and decision-making. Good Samaritan is not a “business”, it is a true medical home and treats their patients like family.

Good Sam home health really is a life saver! After our tragic car accident. The nursing staff that came over the keep us health were extremely nice and helpful. Even the physical therapists and occupational therapist were out of this world! I was walking so well around my house and I even relearned how to walk up and down stairs. Good Sam home health has excellent professionals working for them! From the administrator to all the CNAs. I trust them to help get my family up and running after such a big painful event.

I cannot speak highly enough about Good Samaritan Home Care! These caregivers are the best around. They helped our mom stay in her home for a long time. Most recently, I had a run in with a virus that left me in bad shape. I received excellent care when I returned home from the hospital, and until I was back on my feet. Caregivers that became friends. Decatur County is blessed to have them!

Good Samaritan home health has helped me so much! I have several medical conditions one which requires me to have IV fluids twice a week and I’m so glad to be able to get them done at home now rather then the hospital. Linda is amazing and always works around all my other doctors appointments.

Im a contract Physical Therapist for Good Samaritan. I really love working with them. They are so nice, friendly, and eager to help. I would like to work for them longer if given a chance and to continue to help others specially those who are in need. Lastly, Im so happy to be part of Good Samaritan Home Care.
