Got seen very quickly. Loved the atmosphere. Everyone was so nice. I really appreciated being acknowledged instead of just standing there and no one notices your there because they are looking at their phone or talking to other staff members.

Easy online checkin. I’ve never waited long. Super friendly medical team. They’re great with my daughters and have always given the top notch for me as well. 10/10 recommend

Barely a wait and you are in and out in no time. And also the staff is so sweet and they always take great care of my toddler and I whenever we go!

I came in for cough and congestion and was called back within 5 mins of sitting down. The nurse was very kind and listed to my concerns. She told me my blood pressure reading along with my other vital signs which may not seem like a big deal but I recently was taken off medication that can alter my blood pressure and heart rate and truly haven't been checking it. I was happy to know it was within normal limits without having to ask her what it was. Both nurse practitioner came into the room to tag team the visit which made the visit go very fast. Obviously my visit was simple or so I feel like but in the event it was a little more complicated, I liked the fact that they were both present to bounce ideas off one another rather than prolonging the visit and getting the others opinion sometime between her seeing patients. Overall from booking a slot online to checking in to being triaged to being seen to walking out the door. I may have been there 15 minutes AND STILL received superb, thorough care. And yes there were other patients in the waiting room before I showed up.

I am so glad we went tried this clinic! We receive much help for our sick child that we didn't receive at his own Primary care Dr. just the day before. We are very pleased with the warm and caring atmosphere at Good Hope clinic. The staff is very kind, thorough, and well educated. The clinic itself is very clean and comfortable. We will definitely recommend!

1000 percent helped me with anything medical I needed. Tremendous support staff from excellent customer service to reevaluation of my medical history. A++ help for sure

Lindsay is always so personable and takes time to truly care for the patients! You get the care of a primary with the efficiency of an urgent care.

Nice friendly staff, little to no wait time. Friendly doctors too. Would highly recommend them.
