Best physical and occupational therapy I’ve ever had! They’ve been so great at meeting me where I’m at as well as tailoring a plan of attack specific to my individual needs and limitations. I’ve only been to the main clinic on SW Scholls Ferry Rd but everyone I’ve encountered here has been super friendly, kind, and patient. Definitely highly recommend them!!

As an aid and observer at this clinic, I can attest that the therapists giving treatment here do amazing work, and truly care for their patients. Their specific knowledge on many disorders is crucial, as at many other institutions these conditions would go untreated, or be incorrectly treated.

I worked with Liz after a radical breast reduction that somehow ended with me being in MORE pain than before the operation and she was magical! Within two appointments my pain levels were way down. Furthermore, she coached me on many things that have improved my life tremendously, like how to activate my parasympathetic nervous system and who to see about my ligament laxity. One day I told her about my eyes bothering me and she did a quick exam and said I had convergence issues. I'd never heard of such a thing, I thought I was just "not super great at seeing." Now I'm getting prism lenses and my life will be soo much better! I did not have any idea that a physical therapist was going to change my life so dramatically! I still occasionally see her if things come up, like right now I'm having some foot trouble, but for the most part Liz is the type of provider you see a few times and the issue is SOLVED and you don't have to keep coming back. Which is amazing, because I just want to live my life without being at appointments all the time!!!!

If you have any kind of memory disorder, I would refrain from this clinic. They are not even going to discuss things with you, even though you have a disability that interferes with your day to day. No warnings, no nothing. I wish we could have had an actual discussion, but apparently thats not their business model. Save your emotional energy and find somewhere else!

The staff here was so friendly and they answered my many questions. Very professional atmosphere, I had a great experience and I will definitely be reccomending them to my friends and family.

I was going to just let this go until I was reminded of my experience by getting an unexpected bill 5 months after I ceased therapy. My doc referred me to Good Health Physical Therapy after I was diagnosed with EDS last May. After 6 months on a wait list, I was finally able to schedule an appointment. First impressions: the Raleigh Hills office is insultingly inaccessible. Nearly impossible to get there via public transit. They are on the second story; I was unable to locate an elevator, the parking lot and wheelchair ramps are poorly maintained and dangerous. The waiting area is cramped and challenging to maneuver in, with uncomfortable furniture. My assigned PT didn't improve my experience. Despite giving a detailed medical history, he repeatedly forgot or questioned diagnosis and ignored me when I told him what hadn't worked for me in the past. He repeatedly made anti-fat jokes (I am not overweight). He forgot my partner's name, who was attending with me because I was unable to get to the office myself. As a visibly and openly queer person, his frequent references to his church and faith made me worried and uncomfortable. Every session increased my pain and caused injuries. My final straw was my PT spraining my thumb in our session, and then stating he didn't know that joint was that unstable. I am still attempting to recover from this injury 5 months later.

they teach inaccurate, dangerous methods. i was told to keep my core engaged 24/7, now i have constant searing pain in my back and recently learned about stomach gripping. apparently engaging your core all the time can even weaken your pelvic floor muscles. like every other medical industry clinic, they find a way to blame the patient, cause worse issues and then charge to fix the issue they created. if i wanted an audience while i stretch id start an onlyfans, not pay some wannabe doctor to watch. ableist as well constantly saying the owned is disabled and can do something so i should be able to/can one day too. pipe dream editing to add that after getting a copy of my medical records, they never documented my car accident! now i have zero record of it happening, and it appears no exam was done to see if I was injured. this place is extremely unprofessional

My cardiologist sent them a referral recently and I spoke with Robin & Jordan who told they would call me back. I never heard from them and I told my cardiologist I would rather go somewhere else. Not sure if they have staff shortages but they should followup when they said they would. Very unprofessional.
