My sister referred me to Corie earlier this year when I suddenly couldn’t stand, walk, or sit (we’re talking supine position only) due to nerve pain in my right leg. Upon evaluating me, she confidently knew it was spondylosis in my L4/L5, which an MRI later confirmed. She quickly helped me get back to “normal” functionality in terms of sitting, standing and walking, and since has helped me find movement and build strength in my atrophied muscles that withered away within a month of non-use. We’re now on an “on need appointment” basis with my recovery regime, something I would not have thought possible if you had asked me two months ago. Corie is incredible. Do not hesitate for a second if you’re weighing PT options. It feels like she saved my life, and she’ll probably save yours too.

I started seeing Corie following a strain in my calf. Not only did she help me with a recovery path for that injury, she also diagnosed other underlying issues and imbalances which were causing discomfort and pain (especially while exercising). The work she did during visits combined with the at-home exercises have made a world of a difference. Not only did she "cure" me, she also gave me the knowledge and tools to help prevent the issues from returning. Corie is definitely an expert in her field! I've already recommended Good Core Physical Therapy to many family and friends. Definitely 5++++ stars!

Highly recommend Corie at Good Core! She was extremely attentive, detail oriented, and she really took the time to understand my pain and gave me a clear treatment plan.

I started taking my daughter to see Corie this year after a ski injury and additional pressures from gymnastics and it has made a tremendous difference immediately! The in-office time is very well spent, and the same day follow up email with tons of at-home exercises are exactly what we needed. Corie is a true professional, and it’s coupled with a humble & humorous personality that both my daughter and I just love!

This practice helped me recover postpartum from severe back pain and got me back to hiking and backpacking. Corie was patient with both my physical and emotional healing and gave me SIMPLE ways to support my healing outside of our sessions. I cannot recommend Corie and her team more!

Corie is everything you'd want in a physical therapist. She is highly knowledgable, skilled, and personable, and I’m always confident that I will leave her office (1) better educated about my injury, (2) knowing that I’ve made meaningful progress with my recovery, and (3) provided with an array of on-point PT exercises to do at home between sessions. Corie recently treated me for torn ankle ligaments over a period of several weeks. She always was able to answer all of my questions while helpfully navigating me through the recovery process, ultimately getting me walking normally again, pain-free. There is no one else I’d consider for future physical therapy needs.

I hurt my back playing golf and I was having a lot of difficulty moving around and sitting without any discomfort. After limited improvement I was recommended Good Core Physical Therapy. I had a quick phone assessment with Corie and she immediately provided a strategy for recovery and prevention. Corie offered both in person and telehealth options to start therapy. My initial sessions with Corie were in person where Corie was able to quickly diagnose my issues and provide some exercises to start recovery and prevent further injury. We met in person for two more weeks before moving to telehealth. The telehealth session were equally affective as the in person sessions. I believe that one of Corie's strengths is her ability to clearly and confidently communicate your physical issues and the resulting recovery plan which lends itself very well to telehealth. With Corie's help I was back playing golf and hockey within weeks. I highly recommend Corie for any physical therapy needs!! Thank you Corie!

For over three months I was experiencing considerable pain in my back and numbness in my right arm. I was referred to an orthopedic physician who recommended physical therapy, but was hesitant to obtain that treatment because from a Covid-19 pandemic perspective, I was concerned that I would be treated in a group setting and increase my chances of contracting the virus. Fortunately, my dermatologist, Insley Puma, MD, referred me to Cori Good, the owner of Good Core PT. Cori only treats one person at a time in a space that is designed for one patient. This setup eliminated my Covid-19 concerns. Upon arrival for my first appointment with Cori, I was immediately put at ease. She has a professional sense of calm as she works with you. She knew exactly how to approach my back and arm issues using gentle massage and stretching techniques. After five weeks of once-weekly appointments and daily exercises, I am completely pain free and so grateful for my new lease on life. I can highly recommend Cori to anyone that needs good quality physical therapy.
