The screening for high risk of falling and referral to physical therapy if the risk was discovered was a very important preventative step. The educational aspect needs improvement, since a slideshow was not very effective in my opinion. If those facts were important to know, they should have been given in writing so that people could remember them more easily.

Though he was very professional and seemed very easy to talk to. iwould have liked an explanation of what he saw on my x-rays and what the physical therapy was going to do for me.
Horrible horrible people in here. I’m a Uber driver and there was a lady in a wheel chair that was in the lobby asking for someone to bring her outside. The girls at the reception desk just stayed sitting down and didn’t help THEIR patient. That was horrible. I had to get off my truck and go inside to wheel the lady out and lift her alone into my truck. Don’t bring your family members here. They could careless
Very professional ,humbled staff all around to the front desk to the therapy staff. The atmosphere and surrounding are very good vibes . From the basic therapy to the machines and the weights are awesome !!
