Goldson Spine Rehabilitation Center

I chose Goldson Spine because I used to listen to his Father on WAVS talk about Chiropractic care. I’m sure based on the reviews I’ve read that Dr. Goldson is an excellent PT and CD but it’s been challenging to schedule an appointment. I called on 11/15/2024 and spoke with Carlos - to schedule an appointment. I emailed Carlos my insurance information. He said he’d get back to me. I called back on 11/22/2024 - spoke with Carlos again. He gave me the same response. I called back again on 11/25/2024. Again I spoke with Carlos. He told me he’d call me back by no later than 2:30 PM. Carlos never called me back. Every time I spoke with Carlos - there seemed to be no sense of urgency in getting me scheduled to see the Doctor. This is the reason for the 1 star review.

Took my granddaughter in for a consultation and a hydration massage. The atmosphere in the office was nothing but Amazing. From the front to the back and the doctor with hands on and explaining everything step by step was superb. The office was nice and clean.Thanks to the therapist and staff. We will definitely return for another session.

I had such a great experience! The staff was really helpful, and I'll definitely be going back. I enjoyed my time there, so I'm planning to go in at least once a month to get adjusted and stretched, and to see what other treatments they have for me.

Staff was very professional, polite and gave a family oriented type of vibe. The ladies at the front have superb customer service and greet their returning or usual guests by name which is ALWAYS a plus. Can't wait to go back to see how well their massages are!!!

I was in a very bad accident on Halloween which caused to have back pain. Everyone was so patient and I definitely left feeling way better than I came in. This was my first time ever being at a chiropractic place that was professional. The doctors and the ladies in the front desk made me feel important and a priority. I would recommend anyone to this location!!

Dr Marlene: she is the best!!!! Great professional service from the staff and made a huge difference in my children’s overall health, decreased their pain, they are athletes, I recommend them.
