We received awesome service. The staff for each shift was very attended to our needs. The food was pleasing. Nursing was outstanding making sure medical needs was meet. Housekeeping never missed a beat. Always in the job. Rehabilitation Center is second to none. Goldsboro Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center Thank you for going above and beyond taking care of my love one.

Well as many of you know my sister (aka Queen Cindy) has been in rehab for several weeks, after multiple health challenges. Yesterday she finally reached her goal to return home. I would like to give a shout out to Goldsboro rehab. A big Thank you to Administrator Cassie Miller for her leadership, and her staff who faced the many challenges of assisting in the Queen's (aka Cindy 😀) needs and more. I am so pleased with the care she received. I so appreciate them keeping us advised of her progress and providing transport to all her f/u appts. So Heaven forbid any of you should need this, but if you do I highly recommend Goldsboro Rehab. Thank you all for your prompt response to call bells, to providing both empathy and care for those you serve. Thank you PT for your dedication to your challenging pts. My hat goes off to you! Please continue to keep the Queen in your thoughts prayers 🙏.

I had a chance to meet and discuss my Mom's care with One of her nurses, Carissa. My Mom is Alice Burnette and I am William Burnette, and I am very happy with a lot of her care givers. Carissa has been very good to deal with and does a good job taking care of my Mom, as do a lot of the people. Thank you Carissa and everyone that looks out for my.Mom.

this facility is amazing. my grandmother went here and said the nurses were beyond friendly and respectful and the facilities were so clean. all around and amazing environment, might put all my family members here someday!

My mother was a pt there 2 times and we were so pleased with her care . Staff was great attended to our needs and both time my mother successfully discharged home. I would definitely recommend goldsboro rehab and healthcare.

Very good experience for my mom. All the staff were concerned for my mom’s welfare. She was treated very well. Facility very much improved

My mother buzzed for help to the bathroom . Half hour later she soiled herself then they came cleaned her up and she said she had to go again with the worker with her and the worker said " just go in your pull up I'll get to you later". I heard that got angry didn't say anything because it wouldn't have been nice. Think twice about this place

My 84 year old dad came here for rehab after back to back surgeries. They brought him from being unable to move in his bed to walking again in just over a month. The staff was friendly and professional. Our ambassador Debi handled all our questions quickly and was always upbeat and encouraging!
