I can understand why Dr Heywood was highly recommended, he cares. That’s important because I feel he’s taking the time to work with my knee injury and his competence shines!

Dr Mensch is amazing! Kind, direct, efficient and obviously highly competent he quickly identified the sources of my issue and provided the appropriate interventions to give my injury the time to heal. Even the timing of appointments demonstrated an understanding of how long it would take. He’s a rock star!

I was greeted by a very friendly, helpful receptionist . She took my information and ,in less than 2 minutes, I was in the exam room. The nurse was very friendly and asked questions about my condition. Soon after, Dr Heywood came in. Dr Heywood was very pleasant and listened to my concerns. I appreciated that he was not rushing and really explained what he thought should be done.. I would definitely recommend Dr Heywood and his staff .
