I had emergency elbow surgery last week & could not be happier with the care I have received from Dr. Michlitsch and his staff. The surgery went well & I am so pleased with the progress I have had in just 1 week. Dr. Michlitsch is so caring and really explained every part of my procedure and after care in very understandable terms. The office was efficient in getting all the authorizations approved for PT very fast so I can still go on my vacation in a few weeks! Thank you all.

We are very pleased with the staff of Golden State Orthopedics and Spine; they are very caring and responsive. I must make a special mention of Dr Wendy Wong who performed the TKR surgery on my wife's left knee last year and is now treating her right knee. Dr Wong, besides being an excellent surgeon, is a wonderful and caring doctor and human being!

The people manning the phone lines are barely literate, barely speak English, and their incompetence had a direct negative impact on standard of care. Impossible to get ahold of anyone who has any idea what's going on. Doctors and surgeons are fine when you can actually talk to them, but then again we had a poor outcome from the surgery. Not necessarily holding that against them, but the follow up has been especially painful with the incompetent support staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Elrashidy for several years for orthopedic issues and he performed shoulder surgery for rotator cuff repairs in May of this year. He is a very skilled surgeon but more important, he has an infectious and dynamic personality. He takes the time to explain your treatment and answer any questions. I highly recommend Dr. Elrashidy and Golden State Orthopedics & Spine.

The surgeon Hany Elrashidy was great to work with. He listened to everything I had to say, explained everything he was going to do in detail. After the bicep and shoulder repair, going tooT now recovery has been fairly quick no complaints so far. Thanks

The entire staff is so nice, they make you feel at home. Dr Elrashidy is so positive and upbeat...his smile lights up the room. Would recommend to all who read this.

Bad experience. I booked an appointment for my son’s hand and waited for more than a month but when we came for appointment I was told at the reception that my insurance is not accepted here. At the time when I was booking the appointment they asked me for my insurance and I provided that. They wasted my and my son’s time and also the treatment was not carried out. Very very bad experience.
