I am so happy with my experience at Golden State. The kind staff has your best interest in mind. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff works as a solid and supportive team. Big, big shoutout to Joya and Jasmine. My life and health have changed for the better, and I am forever grateful! (PS- this is a huge win for Ehlers-Danlos clients as they are totally knowledgeable in treating the condition!)

unprofessional. 7 minutes late due to traffic back up for 1 appointment and family member was refused appointment told to leave rudely. Yet PT is always late and keeps us waiting . Scheduling is difficult and they rarely answer. PT did not show up for 3 appointments then PT quit said manager told him to close out all clients without medical reasons. They claim they cannot reschedule with another PT. Not a professional business.

I had an great experience with Ken Banting as my PT in the Los Gatos/San Jose locations. He was incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful, and helped me push myself while listening to any of my concerns. From each appointment, I felt like I had the right tools to do my exercises safely and effectively on my own outside of the office as well. I've had many great experiences with different PTs doing ACL rehab over the course of my two injuries, but Ken has been far and away my favorite. He totally transformed my recovery and I can't recommend him highly enough!

This office will not respect you as a person and certainly does not respect your time. Every time I go I have at least a 45 min delay from my appointment time, even this morning when I had the first appointment of the day. It’s unacceptable that they expect their patients to just sit in the waiting room all day. Some of us have limited time, and they just can’t respect that. It’s really a shame that this office is so hard to deal with, especially since we don’t have much choice in orthopedic care in Santa Cruz. My advice - avoid them and go over the hill for real professional care.

Amazing Brilliant Staff!!!! I never thought I would feel normal again after my shoulder surgery. Marjorie figured out why I had a setback and within two months I’m 90% back to where I was before my injury. I had the very best surgeon but I now realize having the best PT is just as important!!
