I went to the bone health clinic and the doctor ordered Dexa scan on Dec 17th, they informed me that it's holiday time and it will take time to get approval from my insurance. My husband asked his doctor on Dec 28 th from a different clinic to order a dexa scan for him , he got his done on 29th. I have been calling the office, every time they say they're still waiting for the approval from my insurance and they're working on it. When I called my insurance how long they take to approve, they said within 24 hours. If you choose this clinic expect to keep calling them and waiting, once you are done with your appointed for any follow up questions. I found the doctors to be good.
