Amazing grace : at first we were lost and finally found the right place. Our mother was sickened with aspiration pneumonia and was hospitalized. We were directed to Golden Pavilion for rehabilitation and was happy it was in close proximity to our house. Day one at the Pavilion was a getting to know you stage. Very different from a hospital. The patient was still incoherent. After a day had elevated heart rate and was feeling delusional. They had to call 911 and send her back to Mills Peninsula. Long story of it , she was discharged too early and prepared to be in a rehad facility. Had to stay another 5 days i. The hospital and finally got better. The caring and compassionate Ms. rachel of the admissions was very sympathetic explaining the procedure of admission and care for Medicare patients. Navigating the whole process was complicated but Rachel walked through us step by step. The care given the nurses and specially the CNA’s and other staff was excellent. They make you feel like family. From feeding to dressing up or just by just checking on them once jn a while. Shout out to Amanda and Erika for their dedication and unwavering care and services. Nurses Miriel, John and Mark were just commendable. The entire staff of the social services especially Dino and Joanne were our partners to get by our needs for our mother from a short stay care to finally deciding to be back hime. Everyone was professional and caring. The logistics and health system at Golden Pavilion is a gold standard top it with great compassion and care of the staff. You just have to be patient to understand the entire system of a rehab or long term care. My grandfather Mr.Gaw has been there for 5 months now. All the nurses, therapists, CNAs and staffs are friendly and nice. They are doing very well and helpful to my grandpa’s needs. Especially the awesome staff in the social service office, Dinno, Yana, Gian are very responsive and helpful to all my requests for my grandpa. Moreover, the facility is clean and feels safe. My grandpa is very happy living there. I really appreciate to all the staffs for taking care of my grandfather in Golden Pavilion.

Nurse at Golden Pavilion Healthcare center have been providing an unconditional help and exception needed to many patients at the center. Especially my mom’s at 96+ year old, brook her knee cap and been here to rehab for about a month now, and she need lot of help, but all the staff at the Golden Pavilion has been work tirelessly day and night; that giving me the impression of their Professionalism and compassion of everything they do. Thanks to the medical director Miteshkumar Petel M.D, and nurse case manager Dinno Dimaacali , LVN lead the team successfully for many years to come…

Called the facility and the calls were forwarded to a patients room. Unacceptable! My Mother has had her food stolen, and clothes. The others that share the room don't have that happen to them. A CNA had very long sharp nails. The facility keeps allowing these individuals to come in. They also never say their name or have the badge visible. The water for the shower is cold, sewage has come up in the shower which is very unsanitary. They have also tried giving my Mother medication that is not in her chart. When the facility is out of bed pads and adult diapers and wipes, I bring them and they have been stolen too. A patient had access to the supply room.

They reported a wrong diagnosed to me. They reported I have a TB, As a result I was discriminately handled by all medical staff to all hospital they brought me. The ambulance staff even dragged my two heavy bags in my legs, and did not event want to put my bag in the ambulance chair, it was put between my two legs. However, after a long series of medical examination to me for 6 days I was cleared and don’t have any TB as presumed by Golden Gate Pavilion

This place is the opposite of 'good/wonderful/exceptional'. How they received 5 star reviews is laughable. Ask anyone who has worked in this dump. They will tell you the truth about management, corporate and the employees. Beware of this facility. They're trying to make a terrible facility shine.

Great patient care and staff support. May need a translator for non-English speakers. Solves the problems of the client's side and being there for them whenever the assistance is needed. There are multi-lingual staff (Spanish, Filipino, some Chinese, some South African) throughout the building.

My mom was in rehab for a little over 2 months at this facility. The nursing staff, CNAs, rehab therapists and wound care nurses were very caring and attentive to my mom's needs. Furthermore, the admissions person was very responsive to my inquiries and requests for assistance, via texts (even during the weekends and late night hours). She got things done -- connected me to the appropriate staff when I'm unable to get a hold of them. Overall, the facility is clean and the staff is friendly and caring.
