Golden Bear Physical Therapy Rehabilitation & Wellness

This review is given in particular to the therapist Garrett. All day he is good at doing is just talk talk and talk. Nothing at all other than just bull shitting about his personal stuff. Cutting jokes. It’s time for his to be matured at his age. Need to be problem solving and listen to his patients what they need to say and what they are going thru with their physical pain. He just comes and checks where it is hurting and will say oh every thing is good. You are doing good now. So do these exercises. The assistant will start giving you what to do next. Being a therapist he will never work on quite few patients as far as o have seen since I started my Therepy. He needs not to waste his time just by talking like a chatter box all day without a stop. Any one at the Therepy place must have observed it for sure. He needs to listen carefully what the patient has to say and pay attention to what needs to be done. He needs to mature it’s time for that and not to waste his paid work time by just talking and cutting jokes all day. This is my advise for him. It’s up to him to change for the good. You go to work to do your job for what you get paid for sure and be a service to the patients with your expertise, which gives you the upmost respect and justification of service satisfaction.

The first day I went to this lousy place they showed my nine simple routines that I did them easy. Total of 15 times I went there and did exactly the same routine with no guidance or help. When the bill came to my house, charges varied from $140 to $320 for each routine. Looked like different people wrote different amount of her choice. When I did the inquiry, they assured me that they will investigate, I never heard from them. Their trick is this:”they are friendly with you for the first few days and they ask you to do review, through email”. Once you did that then such ridicules charges shows in the bill🤣🤣🤣🤣

This is my third time going to golden bear. The entire staff Including miss becca go above and beyond to make sure I receive the best care. I have referred them to many of my friends One of my friends is currently under therapy with them, and he says, the same thing. Good job guys

all of the staff are very welcoming and kind. the phys therapists are skilled and knowledgeable. i enjoyed every session i had here whether painful or not 😅

Joshua, Renee, and all their staff were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They took the time to listen to me to help pinpoint what was causing my pain, putting together a exercise/stretch regiment to help alleviate the issue. And on my last day, I was given more exercises to continue my recovery.

Absolutely love it here! had therapy for 7 mo, and all the therapists, techs and front desk are so welcoming. I'm going to miss everyone .

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t have high hopes but the PT was very helpful. My pain went from moderate to very mild. I’m so glad I was able to go there.

Renee is awesome. She has really helped me get my legs stronger. It’s a pleasure to come 2 days a week
