Golden Bear Ripon is, without a doubt, the best physical therapy facility I have visited over the years. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful, guiding you on the right path to healing and teaching you the proper techniques to use both physically and mentally on a daily basis.
I could not recommend this facility enough! From day one Tyler and Kevin made me feel welcome and at ease. Tyler, explained to me exactly what was going on with my back to where I could understand. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions with total honesty and complete thoroughness. The staff is definitely Top-notch! The overall tone of this office is positive and patient focused. The atmosphere in general is extremely professional, encouraging and upbeat. Golden Bear Physical Therapy in Ripon is the best place to feel better! Starting with Jocelyn she is the receptionist there very friendly, always greets you with a smile, and bilingual (spanish). Nick, Josh, and Tyler have been amazing with my mom's care. They always have a great treatment plan for her with stretches, massage, and exercises. Trevor and Richard have been great also. My mom was having shoulder pain was not even able to lift her arm now she can lift her arm and do many things she was not able to. She is so happy with the care she is receiving from all this Amazing therapists here. All we have to say is they treat you like family and they are a great team of professionals.
The staff were extremely friendly and taught me a lot about not only my injury, but what I can do to help strengthen the area. If I ever had to go to physical therapy again I'd definitely want it to be here!
Office is staffed with several highly skilled therapists, each with a specialty. First time, in my life, P/T has worked for me. Thankyou so much!
Had to get pre-approved. After pre approval they started rehab. After my approval max was reached they continued to call and schedule appointments when they had cancelations to be able to fill there schedule . I had no idea I had reached my insurance limit. They called insurance beforehand and knew what my limit was. And what there contract payment was. Yet continued to schedule without informing me and now sending me bill.
If you need PT for any reason this is where you want to go. Tyler G. DPT in Ripon created a PT plan for my shoulder and is helping me so much! I am so grateful to him and also Richard and Josh for their professional help. I am so much better today because of them! Thank you! Brad.
