Morgan is absolutely amazing. She is and has been so helpful to my dad with scheduling appointments and reassuring they can help with tablet check-ins and not for him to worry since English is his second language. Morgan is very kind, wonderful customer service skills, and very welcoming. My dad and I appreciate her for all of her help and kindness.

Everyone is friendly in the Hatch facility. They take good care of you from the very beginning. They are thorough in asking questions about where you're having pain and what you have been diagnosed with so that they can treat you to the best of their ability to get you back on your feet. I feel very comfortable going there for my physical therapy.

It was a long wait for appt. I had to follow up on checking status of ins authorization. Therapist & PTA are really nice! Professional! My daughter enjoys coming to get her therapy. Parking is a lil hassle but not too bad.

The physical therapists and staff at Golden Bear are friendly, helpful, thoughtful and patient. When you first walk in you're greeted with smiles and hi how are doing, which puts you at ease right away. The therapists are knowledgeable and well informed. I received great instructions and the PT's were there with me all the way. They encouraged me to challenge myself to work on exercises that would improve my mobility, which it has immensely. They are the best! I highly recommend Golden Bear to anyone who is in need of physical therapy.
